I haven’t been able to come in here for the last 4 times and get my order right or get and sweet and sour sauce with my meal. Like little how often am I aloud to come on here and give a review? Because I will come here and leave one every visit so that your rates lower. Go anywhere else.foods crap, they’re slow, they don’t remember a thing when they’re trying to be fast, they’re rude when the mess things up. And if they forget about you and you show any type of dissatisfaction with the fact that they forgot about your food they will refuse to serve you. Crappy management crappy place for food.

I have been to this location a few times in a few months. My order is ALWAYS wrong or missing food. Yes, always. There’s literally like 10 teenagers standing in a 5’x5′ space at the drive-thru window when you pull up to it. The kid right at the window is just there to hand you your drinks and tell you to pull forward and wait in a line of 4 other cars that have been sitting there since you pulled into the parking lot 10 minutes ago. Two kids brought 5 different bags of food out and asked me what I ordered. I told them and I was just handed a random bag. They walked away so fast, by the time I checked the bag and realized, fries were dumped all through the bag and it was missing items I paid for, they were gone. I had to pull back through the drive-thru to tell them food was missing that I paid for. Had to wait another 10 minutes in line. By this time I’ve been there for 30 minutes. The girl waved me through the first window. When I got to the second window they had no idea why I was back, like the girl at the microphone couldn’t tell them I was back because the didn’t give me all of the food I paid for? Then they act surprised that someone came back to get the missing food that they paid for. Finally I get the food without any expression of “sorry about that”. I drive 3 minutes to get home. I get the food out and realize it’s the wrong order entirely. The food is dry, overcooked, shrink-flated, and cold as ice. I didn’t eat more than 2 bites because it’s crap. NEVER AGAIN. I will never go to this location again. It’s like, going to McDonald’s and having expectations of proper order fulfillment, is some weird form of self punishment. I need to stop eating this junk anyway, I know better.

Worst costumer service. Messed our order up two times. Guy at the window had the worst attitude when we told him they messed up our food. He looked at us and said ” what do you expect me to do” the manager also had a mega attitude because she had to do her job. Then we were told the order was messed up bc they dont speak English. I have never ever had an interaction like that. By far the worst customer service. Each one of the people we dealt with need to be fired and replaced.

Nothing is ever correct. Ordered a sausage muffin. This morning and received 2 hash browns for my troubles. This isn’t the first but is definitely the last time I go here. So glad I could pay extra for a $1 hash brown. No I won’t go to a link to your customer service. Your parentheses say owner. You see the issues. Sad I worked for the Maynard’s in tekonsha in high school.

Rude and unhelpful manager that blamed me for their mistake. They didn’t enter my rewards code in the drive thru for my free ten piece. They even read the code back to me and told me it was for a free 10 peice nugget and asked what sauce I wanted for it. I told the manager I was charged for it and she told me it was my fault and I must have gave them the wrong code. The guy taking my order didn’t say it was an invalid codebwhen I ordered and no rewards code showed on my receipt.

The dine in area was in total disaster. I couldn’t find a clean table to sit and the floors looked like they hadn’t been swept all day. Staff using the fryers were being allowed to wear open toe shoes which is a Health Code violation and I’m concerned about what other Health Code violations are being ignored. I have reported this correctly and the management showed little concern.

We had to repeat our order 3 times. Then when I received my food it was made incorrectly even though the tag was correct so I went in to have it remade. It took awhile and the burger patty came to me basically falling apart but whatever. I get halfway through my sandwich and find onion wedged between the cracks of my patty. I’m allergic to onion which is why I ask for my sandwich to not have onion. Also by the time I got back to the car my fries were cold. The tea was made correctly so they had that going for them. Overall just not a good trip food wise.
