This is the second time it happened. We ordered a large fries, but the portion fall short and the bottom filled with small pieces of dried old fries. We upgraded to a large because my son loves the fries, but this is equivalent to small size fries. 🙁

Super nice staff! Food was great. I left my phone and they were courteous enough to keep it behind the counter for me and made sure it was mine before handing it to me. So, while the food was indeed good, it was the staff that made the trip worth it.

Hello! Today I called looking for answers regarding picking up a catering order! I spoke with a man earlier and he gave great information on how much it would cost for an order but the call dropped and I couldn’t do the survey.

This location used to be great. Now orders take forever, even when you do mobile thru. Yesterday they took 10 minutes after scanning and got my order wrong. Came back today to use rewards and they decided to serve 5 cars behind me. Had 1 person running orders while mine was sitting there ignored because the young women at the drive thru were too busy laughing and joking. Had to complain to get my food. Save your time and go to the Russell pkwy location.

This Chick-fil-A off Hwy 96 is always on point. The line might look long, but they move folks through fast. Food’s hot, fresh, and exactly how you ordered it. Staff’s always friendly and polite — even when it’s packed. Just a solid spot for lunch or a quick bite in Warner Robins.

I just purchased a Cobb salad around 12:12pm with the grilled chicken.. The chicken had a taste that’s hard to describe. I let my Husband taste a piece and he said something not right about that grilled chicken. I normally don’t have a bad experience with Chick-Fil-a, but this salad was awful.

After tasting an awful piece of lettuce, I looked closer and they put pieces from the base of the lettuce in the salad. To the employee that did this; if you wouldn’t eat the crap, take it out, because no one else wants to either!!

I ordered two 10 piece chicken minis for my daughter and her friends. When I got home only one of them were in my bag and I’m pretty sure my 2 year old nephew would have done a better job packaging them. This location has screwed up my order at least 3 times in the last couple of months. From now on I will slow down there drive thru making sure my order is right.
