Sat at the drive thru order thing 2 times. Just talking to a machine that doesn’t talk back, then I ordered thru the mobile app for drive thru pick up. And I’m here for 20 min already. Someone literally just told me it will be another 15ish minutes. Not 24 hours.

This location is a prime example of why robots will take over fast food jobs. The food was fine (it’s McDonald’s, what do you expect?). The order took 30 minutes for 2 Happy Meals and 10 chicken nuggets. And the bathroom definitely has a code violation of some sort, with the hole in the wall exposing pipes (see pics). If you need “fast” food go elsewhere.

Came in at 10:55 am waited the 5 min for lunch to start maybe 4 out of 20 tables with people seated drive through kiosk was empty when I parked. Ordered lunch at 11:00 on kiosk triple cheese burger no onions no pickles, fries, 3 mustard packs, and a drink. Took 25 min to get it little ridiculous but whatever but didnt recieve mustard packs so went up to get them waited 5 min to ask since I wasnt acknowledge. Got my mustard packs went back to the table opened my burger with onions and pickles on it (the receipt and the tag on burger both said no onions and pickles) went back up waited another 5 min finally had to wave down someone again to tell them another 5 min later got my burger it took me 45 min to take my first bite of a cold fry burger was good once I got it. I watched and listened to them reorder ever other order cause they got it wrong or had no idea where the order went. Didn’t look understaffed at all so mismanaged I guess was running pretty poorly for a slow time fully staffed.

If you don’t have any plans for the next 40 minutes of your life. This McDonald’s would be the place to go. It takes about that amount of time to order and get your food through drive through. The workers we got had long hair and would let it dangle everywhere. There was also a worker holding a cup of whip cream for a dog to lick through the drive through window and the worker continued working with food afterwards. Overall, this is one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to and would seriously recommend it be under new management and review all their workers, or just completely close this McDonald’s.

Didn’t know that a four piece kids, nugget happy meal came with a box of tartar sauce and NO NUGGETS! Great Way to upset a two year old! Not to mention that I have been trying to call them ALL a day to report this issue & they have a wrong phone number listed. The woman at the drive through window seemed as if she was on “something” to say the least. AND the drive through line took 30 minutes. Will never return to this location. DO BETTER and provide me with your correct phone number as the one on Google is NOT correct and don’t see one listed on your website.

Was standing at the urinal when one of the cooks walked out of the stall behind me and right out the bathroom door without washing his hands to go back to making food. Unfortunately had already ordered on the mobile app. Didn’t want to cause a scene so I grabbed my food and threw it in the trash on the way out. Service is hit or miss mostly miss. Drive thru is furthest thing from convenient. The give a wait time and you can add 10 mins to it and might be the right wait.

The girls that work there are very disrespectful. They could have told me that they are not currently taking orders, but I pulled up to the window since no one would answer at the drive-through, and I saw her at the window and she went and hid behind the wall that I could clearly see her through when she could’ve just said sorry we are closed but when I looked it up online, it said open until 12 and then her and her coworkers just kept looking at me if I could give this place zero stars I would just because of the unprofessionalism they have . Weird girl behavior.
