The manager at this location is one of the rudest people you’ll ever come across. She refused to acknowledge that she wasn’t understanding that I had already paid for my food via the app. She kept telling me I had to pay again even though I showed her my receipt showing i paid. She slammed my poorly made food on the counter and was yelling at every customer she spoke to. I truly felt sorry for all the young people working under her, especially a young lady that was working her very first shift there. My food was all smashed and looked like it had been thrown around. I was leary to even eat it. I unfortunately did not get her name but she single handedly caused me and my family to make the decision to never order/eat at this location again.

During the weekday it’s great the management and employees great job but weekend nights they take about 45 min to get the food done even tho no one is in line. We ordered thru drive thru they told us to wait in parking stall 1 for 45 min just for cookies and an ice cream cone and no one was in the drive thru. This happens multiple times we come in the weekend evenings so someone needs to get that staff together it shouldn’t take that long but this spot is one of our faves and close to home but jsut realized night time isn’t the best to go.

This location has a lot of homeless people hanging around inside and now it’s starting to smell really bad in here! I have nothing against them but the workers need to sanitize and clean inside more often. They also need to wipe down the tables and chair’s frequently!! Heard a few people mention the smell!! Do better McDonald’s!!

Deliberately boycott McDonalds at 9760 S. Las Vegas Blvd—across from South Point Hotel-Casino. On 2/12/26, we encountered FOUR rude, stubborn, argumentative, female, Filipino cashiers, 1 of whom was the manager on duty. Three of these women boldly refused to honor & redeem our valid McDonalds customer satisfaction survey, solely because the survey was from another McDonalds. Then the manager on duty butted in and she said she would take care of this for us, but she lied to me and just walked off. Our survey was refused! This kind of “bait & switch” procedure perpetrated by McDonalds constitutes deceptive & misleading advertising, and amounts to consumer fraud! I am making a broad-ranging report to Nevada Consumer Affairs, so they can dispatch 2 investigators to visit this McDonalds and issue the owner citations, fines and penalties for this misconduct. ALERT: Nowhere on the McDonalds receipt/survey is there any disclaimer which states the survey must come from the same McDonalds. Despite this dreadful argument & egregiously poor customer service, we still ordered $13.00 worth of food—big mistake! Fries were OK. Kid’s burger was dreadful! Triple cheeseburger was poor. My kid’s combo was missing a 2nd fries because I omitted apple slices—and I told a different attendant on the front counter & she gave me another fries. All staffers are surly & insolent & ill-humored. No staffer apologized to us for this unsatisfactory experience. One arrogant, Filipino lady staffer told me I could call the owner, whose phone number was on the wall, because the owner was not there. No staffer offered ketchup, hot sauce or any other condiments. We observed 2 homeless men lingering in the dining room without buying food/drinks, and no staffer made any effort to ask them to leave—they were still lingering when we left 15 minutes later. Owner does not promote diversity in hiring—we observed 2 black employees and 6 or 7 Filipino employees, exclusively. Patronize Raising Cane’s Chicken, just 2 miles north of this McDonalds by the South Outlet Mall.

Worst McDonald’s experience of my life — absolute joke ❗️

I ordered takeout at this McDonald’s in Las Vegas and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. The staff was rude, careless, and clearly did not care about doing their jobs. No greeting, no professionalism, just straight attitude like I was inconveniencing them by ordering food.

They messed up the entire order — missing items, wrong items, cold food, and zero effort to fix it. When I pointed it out, they acted annoyed instead of apologetic. How do you mess up fast food this badly when it’s literally your whole job?

To make it even worse, one of the workers was openly smoking weed. Completely unprofessional and honestly unacceptable in a food service environment. If that’s what’s happening in plain sight, I don’t even want to imagine what’s going on behind the scenes.

Vegas has tons of places to eat — skip this McDonald’s unless you enjoy disrespect, wrong orders, and wasting your money. Never coming back.

They always get orders wrong. Drive through line is not in synced. Had 3 cars that were after me order. Also their menu screens are distorted and have still yet to be fixed. Been like that for over a year. Once ordering through the drive through I got greeted to “what do you want”. Do better whoever manages this fiasco!

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad rating. Between the one rude worker in the morning talking beside herself under her breath when I politely say my drink doesnt have ice in it and my orders constantly being wrong as well as me waiting while 17 cars (yes I counted) pass me before I get my food, I am perplexed. I have worked fast food before and because of that I am very polite to FF workers. There should be 0 reason for it to be this out of shape. I understand people have bad days but I also understand workplace professionalism and even on my bad days working fast food, I still showed respect and made sure every order was correct for the customer. I hope this is seen by managment and they are able to nip it in the butt.

Today (1/3/26) at 10:40am, we ordered 2 apple pies through the drive thru and only received 1. So I went back with my family at the drive though and the young man at the register was very kind and told us to pull forward to the next window. , but the issue is the girl handing the food. I understand if you’re having a bad day but I do not appreciate her attitude. She gave us our second apple and rolled her eyes as she handed it to us. That’s such negative energy.

Second time buying food from this location. The 1st time the food was great. This 2nd time the meat of both our burgers was hard and overly salted. Then the fries were limp and soggy-Not Crispy! Definitely not what anyone would expect from a McDonald’s restaurant.
