This is our first time visiting this location. The atmosphere was good. The cleanliness of the restaurant and the bathroom were good. Our server whose name was in was awesome. She was very friendly and very attentive. My food which includes our appetizer we had an artichoke flatbread was very good and hot and my husband had chicken Alfredo and I had the steak Alfredo. Those meals were more room temperature than hot and also my steak was a bit on the chewy side, which I wasn’t too much of a fan of so I probably wouldn’t get the steak there and I wouldn’t recommend the steak but his chicken was very good so I definitely recommend the chicken overall very good experience would come back for it again and would recommend.

It was a very nice restaurant. It felt like a fancy restaurant that is affordable for normal day people. The waitress was very nice to us and kept asking if there was anything else she could do for us. I highly recommend going here to eat their food is amazing and you get unlimited soup or salad with your meal.

Everything was on point today for lunch. The lunch menu is a great deal for the money. The waitress was very attentive and provided excellent service. Chicken parm and shrimp scampi were tasty. I would highly recommend this location.

We’ve been coming to Olive Garden for almost 12 years, at least once every 3-4 months, and consistently to this same location for the last 5 years. Unfortunately, this place has really gone downhill.
Today’s experience was especially disappointing. The breadsticks were extremely pale with hard bottoms. Usually, as a family of four, we ask for 2–3 refills, but this time we didn’t even feel like eating a single breadstick. We asked if they could bring a fresh batch, but the replacement was just as pale and unappetizing.
The minestrone soup was another letdown—there was barely any soup, mostly just vegetables. We asked for it to be replaced, and the second serving was exactly the same.
As for the entrées, we ordered one regular portion and one lighter portion. When they arrived, both plates had the exact same quantity, which defeats the purpose of ordering a regular.
We’ve been loyal customers for years, but experiences like this make it hard to justify coming back. Quality and consistency have clearly declined, and that’s disappointing given how much we used to enjoy this location.

I expected this to be a garden so when it was a restaurant I was confused. However, I was hungry so I kindly sat down for some dinner. I ordered the calamari appetizer and some pasta. The calamari looked like onion rings but it was not onion rings, it was squid circles. They were fried, and I like fried things because I’m a fat american male so I ate more than half of them with the delicious dipping sauce choices. I also dipped a few of them in my water until it became cloudy. Sometimes I exclaim my excitement about delicious food very loudly, so every one I ate I screamed and scared people. The pasta course was next! I got angel hair. After grabbing a handful of it and putting it on my head because of its wig-like consistency, I ate the remainder of it and enjoyed every bite. The server told me there was “meet Sauce” so I waited for a half hour for Sauce to come out to meet me, but I guess he was busy. I remember my mom teaching me to leave a tip at any restaurant, so I broke the tip of my pencil off and left it at the table along with a 10 dollar bill that I found in my pocket. Unfortunately I have to sharpen my pencil now, but that is quite alright. I might need to mention…the bathroom stall door has cracks in it, so while I was doing my post dinner number two in there I kept throwing the sunflower seeds that were in my pocket next to my 10 dollar bill through them and onto the floor nearby. Hopefully someone eats them. I love olive garden!

Amazing experience at Olive Garden in Cranberry Township! The food was fresh and delicious, the breadsticks and salad were perfect, and the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly and made us feel so welcome. One of the best Olive Gardens I’ve been to!

One of my favourite chains for American Italian food. Great ambience, good parking, friendly and professional wait staff – the menu is as good as ever, and the dishes were served quickly. Portion sizes are huge for the entrees.
Loved the mozzarella cheese sticks and chicken Alfredo (crispy). Will recommend to anyone looking for an affordable yet upmarket Italian restaurant chain.

Impressed that the staff were so coordinated and arranged for a short-notice 15 people dinner on a Friday night. All the food was served about 12 minutes after the orders were placed and with only one small mistake that was quickly remedied.

What a great experience! Our server was so kind, social and welcoming. She joked with us and was on top of it.
The other staff was wonderful and accommodating and the food was delicious all around. Salad and gnocchi soup are always an added bonus with those breadsticks. Haven’t been here in awhile and was really glad we came back!
