Our 5th time dining at Charleston. Excellent service provided by our waitress E. She was very sweet and gave great advices. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday, and the manager offered the birthday girl a desert that made her day. We ordered baby back ribs, ribeye, dynamite shrimps, a kid meal cheeseburger. Nothing was short of amazing! Will definitely go back!!!

Very beautiful place a bit of a lovely romantic feel, key lime pie is legit with a nut crust to offset the sharp tangy and sweet. The pork tenderloin was cooked to perfection. The food is well cooked absolutely no questions about that but the spices fall just short for me here. I want a bit more flavor to brighten up and balance the food. Other than that you won’t be disappointed the service is delightful

I went to this restaurant for my birthday. This was my First time here. I had reservations for a party of 8. We were seated in a timely manner. Our waiter, Daniel was okay. He was not all that friendly and came off as if he really did not want to wait on our table. I wondered if it was because we were black. Nevertheless I was told by the staff in the front that I would get a complimentary dessert because of my birthday…when I asked my waiter, Daniel about my dessert he said, “I’ll see about that”. Other than Daniel’s behavior I had a nice time. And Yes, Daniel was tipped well.

Charleston’s has the most amazing catfish platter served with your choice of sides. My dish complemented with fresh fried okra and coleslaw. The fish was coated with the most amazing batter.

Superb dining experience. Michael was a great server and went above and beyond to give us an amazing first visit. Great Maple Fig Old Fashioned and ribs. My wife loved the creamed corn. Save room for the Candied pecan vanilla cheesecake. It’s life changing.

OMG, this place is absolutely fantastic! The food is great, the service is amazing, and the drink menu is extensive. They have the best key lime pie in town. I totally recommend it!

First, and foremost, big shout out to our server Gabrielle! A weekend night is never easy anywhere you go, and she helped make the whole experience very pleasant and relaxed. In fact, from the great hosting team, to, from what I could tell, a very efficient kitchen, the staff was solid.

The dim lighting helps to set a mood, but for a crowd on a weekend night, the place was more suited to families, or other types of large gatherings. I could have used a little more light in the dining area. The bar looked fine.

I’m big on portion control. So, while the salmon was hands- down one of tastiest I’ve had(tender, very flavorful without being salty – a nice smokiness) I felt like the portion could have been an ounce or two larger for a salad, and the price asked for it.
Otherwise, a very satisfying meal.

And don’t know if it’s a seasonal thing, but the dessert was fire! A plate of limoncelo/blueberry cheesecake deliciousness was what put me over the moon. Get it!

Great service from Tamera, our server! Food was amazing. We ordered the Reuben sandwich and the Potato soup. The atmosphere was lovely with the dark wood accents and furniture giving a warm, cozy feeling that made the fast pace of the restaurant feel slowed down and a bit quieter so we could have a conversation and hear each other.

My family and I stopped in for lunch on our way home from the airport on a Saturday around noon. The restaurant was fairly busy, but the hostess gave us a friendly greeting and we were seated right away.

Our server was great. He took our drink order and quickly returned to answer our questions and to take our food order. As we waited on our food, our server came back to refill our drinks was attentive.

Our food arrived after close to an hour wait. My wife’s cheese melt on a gluten free bun was made with a regular bun so we had to send it back and have it remade.

The overall appearance of our orders was good, as were the flavors. The portion sizes were large.

It wasn’t a perfect experience but overall it was good. We’ll be back.
