On another visit…
I recently placed a pickup order from Chili’s and had a great experience. The online ordering was easy, and the staff was friendly. Although I had to wait a bit upon arrival, they promptly informed me that my order would be ready shortly. The food was delicious and well-prepared. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience!
Our waitress, Truth, was noticeably inattentive throughout the meal. She rarely checked on our table, and whenever we asked for something—whether it was a refill, dessert, or general assistance—she appeared visibly irritated and bothered by the request. When I asked for a refill, she did not confirm the beverage and brought back a different drink than what I originally ordered.
Dessert was another issue. It arrived with a white residue or crust that did not appear to be part of the dessert or its listed ingredients, which raised concerns about quality and presentation.
As we were finishing our meal, we could clearly hear Truth from across the aisle loudly cursing and expressing frustration, saying she was tired and ready to leave for the day. This was very unprofessional and uncomfortable to hear in a dining area. When we greeted her on our way out, she initially ignored us and then offered a last-minute goodbye that felt forced and insincere.
The food itself was acceptable, but the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and lack of professionalism. With more attentiveness and a better attitude toward guests, this location could improve significantly.
I had a new burger they have BBQ something. It was amazing! Although the 6 slices of bacon was 3 regular slices cut in half.
Daughter had the pasta dish and this time around it was a solid 3 out of 5. Nothing Cajun about it other than some seasoning sprinkled on it. More Alfredo. Something she normally orders so she wasn’t to happy. Everyone else however was content.
I take full responsibility because when I pulled up there were only 5 cars in the parking lot which should’ve been my 1st red flag!
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent dining experience at your Chilli’s location (Table 46/4) on January 14, 2025. We arrived around 8:30 PM and left at 10:15 PM, and unfortunately, our experience was nothing short of disappointing.
First, the drinks were advertised as 2-for-1 Mango Rita and Resolution Breaker Margaritas, which both tasted watered down and nothing like what we expected from a cocktail – more like plain juice. My order, the Triple Dipper, was also a disaster. The chicken tenders tasted rubbery, undercooked, and frankly, inedible. My burger, which I had specifically ordered well-done, arrived undercooked as well. I was disgusted by the poor quality of food and the apparent lack of attention to food safety.
Additionally, the dishes were dirty, which immediately set a negative tone for the evening. While our waiter was polite, she seemed forgetful and overwhelmed, despite there being only five cars in the parking lot. My friend’s order was also incorrect, and she too received the same rubbery, undercooked chicken tenders. To make matters worse, her entrée appeared to have only about 10 fries, and she had to go back and forth with the young lady passing out the food to get a full serving. This kind of oversight is completely unacceptable.
When we notified the waitress about the issues, she offered to remake the items, but at that point, I was so turned off by the overall experience that I simply requested the check. To make matters worse, my friend had ordered southwest egg rolls to-go for her daughter, but they arrived as whole egg rolls, not sliced as depicted on the menu. The real concern came the following day when we discovered that the dipping sauce for the egg rolls had expired! This is unacceptable, and it raises serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and food safety practices at your restaurant.
When we spoke to the manager, he was dismissive of our complaints. He insisted that the egg rolls are always served whole, and he seemed unconcerned about the rubbery chicken issue, which only added to our frustration. This was a truly terrible customer service experience, and frankly, this is dirty dining. It seems your establishment may be in need of a thorough inspection.
I will not be returning to Chilli’s, and I urge you to address these issues immediately to prevent future customers from having the same disappointing experience.
