They changed the ambience a few years ago for the worse.
I always order the pollo Rosa Maria with is always good but over the years the portions have gotten significantly smaller.
I feel that their prices should reflect the restaurant and in this case, it doesn’t.
Staff is always nice.
I can recommend it here but there is definitely room for improvement.

So this place is grossly overpriced. Service was sluggish early Sunday for lunch. 20 dollars for an Italian salad with 4 medium grilled shrimp is about 10 dollars overpriced. There are only 3 sides available without some sort of uncharted. The 7 ounce sirloin was a bit undercooked I asked for medium. The side of pasta and garlic mashed potatoes came with the steak amd a cup of soup. So 50 dollars for lunch is way way over priced for a tiny steak and an mediocre Italian salad. I’ll never dine here again since its the worst value in food ive experienced EVER. The check suggested tips starting at 18 percent….sadly the service wasn’t even worth 15% and it wasn’t busy. So avoid this place at all costs as the bad value and mediocre food will surely leave a bad taste in your mouth.

Received an order to go – the containers weren’t sealed or setup well in the bag so we had a mess to deal with. After that’s all sorted out we start to plate the food and notice MULTIPLE BUGS in the prepared salad. Needless to say, it put us off of our remaining food, which is unfortunate because I have really liked this place in the past. If it was a single bug I’d have an easier time looking past it but there should not be three bugs in a side salad.

My service was nothing short of amazing. My server Nick was very upbeat, professional, and came back multiple times to check on me. Service was efficient and all done in a timely manor. Nick was knowledgeable about the menu options and was able to answer questions as needed. I will be returning very soon. Thank you for an amazing time.

We went to Carabbas got their valentines day special and it was so wonderful! The food was amazing and large portions. Our server, Nick made us feel special from the very beginning and provided excellent service! The staff and crew are incredible !

We went to 2 different Carrabba’s so I will have to name our 2 servers because I don’t want anyone to miss out on how great they were. Brian and Jarren. They were the best! They really took good care of my husband and I. We visit Colorado quite often and is never disappointed with the service. To management, keep up the good work with hiring wonderful folks like these 2 individuals. They are the best

Carrabba’s is one of those chain restaurants that is just solidly good. Their food is consistent across all their locations, tasty and well prepared.
This location is spotlessly clean, has ample parking, and you can usually walk in and get a table without a reservation or at least bar seating.
I have just two small suggestions for this location:
1) The lighting is a little too bright – at least for intimate dining and would be perfect if it were turned down by 25%
2) The staff are young and, while polite, clearly not well trained. Less than 30 seconds after the host seated us the waitstaff were asking if we knew what we wanted to eat. We hadn’t even had a chance to open the menus yet. We ordered a liter bottle of sparkling water and the server was surprised we wanted glasses. She asked if we wouldn’t just drink it from the bottle. Very odd. This is just a training issue that can easily be addressed and not something that would keep me from returning.
Overall a solid, Italian restaurant located near the freeway and local hotels.

First time at a Carrabbas and I was so impressed. Aside from the food being absolutely delicious, the true star of this Carrabbas was our server, Elizabeth. She was perfection – sweet, friendly, attentive and went above and beyond to make our experience great. If you ever get sick and need chicken soup, order it from here. Trust me. The steak was cooked exactly how I ordered it, spaghetti bolognese was so good and the linguine seafood dish with lobster ravioli… Chef’s kiss. Sorry Olive Garden… You can find me at Carrabbas going forward.

Our server Dylan was both informative and entertaining. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and overall a very positive experience. This place isn’t cheap by any stretch, but they do go all out, and nothing tastes canned or pre-made – just good old fashioned hand made stuff here. Well worth it for a great night!!

My wife and I ate lunch here and we were disappointed. We have eaten here before, but only when a friend gifts us a gift card. The service is not the best and the food was ok. I ordered the Ribeye and it was only about 3/4″ thick (which is too thin in my opinion for a good steak) it had too much fat and was just ok. The broccoli was frozen and reheated – which annoys me. The penne sauce tasted like it was from a can or bottle. The only good thing was the calamari appetizer….
I can’t in good conscience recommend this to someone who is paying for their meal.
