Not the best food service. This location is the worst for customer service. I had ordered a double meat and no sauce was put in the burger. Also, when I unwrapped my burger, the vegetables fell out including the bacon. When I called to this location, they told me that they would replace my meal. I mentioned if i needed to take my receipt for prove but the manager on the phone told be that i didn’t need it. Later during the week i came bcak with my friend to get my free meal while he ordered his. Unfortunately, the front manger didn’t have any record of my meal that was supposed to be remade. I had to explain myself and tell her the exact day that i called and who I spoke with. After going back and forth I finally got my order remade only to find out that burger was still not made correctly. And on top of that my friends meal took over 30 minutes for his meal to come out. Whoever is in charge of this restaurant needs to have a serious talk with their employees and have serious changes made to better serve thier customers.

Every time we go to whataburger the wait time is over 30 mins. Whether it is in the morning, for lunch or for dinner. Even if there are other vehicles, even if it’s not one customer, the wait time is almost 30 mins or more. They take long since management is busy talking to the other manager about their personal life, instead of helping their team when they need help, or attending the customers. They rather have a nice long talk. Asked for large fries, wasn’t filled up, the burger was cold, since the cheese was not melted.

I came to this Whataburger a few days ago in the morning and I was very surprised to see the quality of service and how clean the place was. As soon as I came in through the door I was greeted. Then I placed my order and just a few minutes later I was having my breakfast. Lady who took my order and the one who brought my order, both, were very polite. Food was really good. Coffee was amazing. The environment had this nice friendly atmosphere always inviting. I look forward to my next visit. Good job to this team. Ordered thru drive thru waited in line for 20 minutes eventually I got to the window and turns out they didn’t put my order into the system so I Had the associate take my order again, eventually she tells me to pull forward to wait another 20 minutes. Finally they give me my order and entire order was wrong I ordered a #12 instead they gave me a double meat. Went back inside asked for a my #12 and that took another 17 minutes. This Whataburger lacks good service definitely don’t recommend it.

Drive thru takes forever for food to be ready. Took about 40 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. Here is a screenshot on when the order was supposed to be ready and I highlighted the time it was actually ready. I thought the location was short staffed until I saw that the entire floor was filled with orange t-shirts and headsets. Mind you, I placed the order ahead of time and the line did not move an inch forward for a solid 10 minutes. People were frustrated that they began honking. To add a cherry on top, they ran out of the lemonade and they didn’t have any onion rings available for my order so I took the substitutions as is. Please do better.

Very disappointed at drive thru only one car other than mine and they get my entire order wrong. Didn’t get my biscuit and gravy my taco missing chorizo. Would expect for them since its slow to verify my order when taking my card. The person at drive thru i tell them the issue looks like a deer in front of headlights. Had to take my order as is!

Ordered take out and still waiting on my online order 10 mins past the original time. Store has no coffee, creamers, stir sticks , napkins available and being that they seem understaffed they avoid online orders entirely and have everyone standing around for there orders. Order was missing a hash brown piece and the biscuit seemed thrown together.
