My chicken sandwich came back burnt as shown in the picture with how dark it is. I usually really enjoy shake shack but the sandwich was a little disappointing.

9/25.
Chicken was small and dry, would have been more satisfied with some mcnuggets, literally felt like I wasted my time here. The cookie pieces in the banana pudding milkshake were too large for the provided straws, it was a chore to attempt to finish it. Food took 40 mins to make. I wouldn’t go back if someone else was paying.

Terrible service. Order was marked as ready, but the food wasn’t sent out for another 10 minutes. The delay ruined the burger, which was supposed to be fresh but ended up soggy and inedible. I’ve been to a number of Shake Shack locations—this one is by far the worst. Honestly, even McDonald’s would have made a better burger than this place. Completely unacceptable.

Stopped in for a bite to eat while in pine crest today. First time having Shake Shack, quick service and food came out to us in about 5 minutes. Food was very similar tasting to Chick-Fila but with more options. Restaurant was pretty clean. Would come back

By way of good fortune, I had SS at 2 locations in 3 weeks -once at Cleveland Hopkins Airport and then again at Pinecrest location. Both times – 5 STARS! Their smash burgers are really good! They know what they are doing: burgers cooked Med with sone pink; thin caramelized layer of cooked meat on each patty is perfect, visible juice and solid flavor. It looks good and tastes even better! Fries are always cooked fresh and they’re hot! Highly recommend. My only complaint is the amount of avocado you get on your burger – very sad amt for $2 – would fit on a small tortilla chip. For a $12 burger, you can do better

I got the French onion burger single and the new peppermint bark chocolate shake and the onion rings and I was very disappointed with all of it. The burger is absolutely not worth 13 bucks. The shake is basically a chocolate shake and the onion rings were okay. The best part of the meal were the French fries and even those didn’t impress me all that much. For what they charge I don’t understand why they’re not better.

They were so sorry to hear about my recent experience that their incentive to get me to return was a $15 credit after spending well over $50. So first you insult me with food that was absolutely not worth your inflated prices and then you insult me with customer service that served no one but yourselves. No thanks. I had a Whopper at the Cedar Road Burger King the other day (that showed up warmer), was quite delicious, and didn’t cost me an arm. Oh and I could actually tell the toppings apart. And that’s Burger King. So yeah Shake Shack you’re failing.

I am taking it down to one star.

Excellent burger. My only suggestion would be to have employees taking orders instead of the only option being a kiosk.
Not too far from the parking garage.

Food was cold, fries were cold and old burger was cold and old. I have been all over the country to shake shacks and this is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. It’s dirty and they make you order your own food on a computer which I guess is fine, but The employees are standing in the back twiddling their thumbs so you think the food would be fresh, but it’s not. I threw most of it out because it just tasted terrible and then they asked for a tip on a computer screen that you order yourself And then pick up the food yourself from the front, so I’m not sure where a tip would be involved in this situation when you’re literally bussing your own table as well. Whoever manages or owns this place should be really disappointed or fired.

Staff was very friendly and available to ask questions about the menu. The kiosk ordering was quick and easy. I had a very small weight time to receive my food. My order was correct, hot and fresh and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal!!!

I love Shake Shack burgers and fries. But my first time having it in Pinecrest.. I ordered the new truffle burger and fries. Burger so small and was burnt (remade it) for the cost. Not worth it. But the truffles fries were good. Fast service and they will make it right if something is wrong.
