This place is hot as burning fire! They have turkey, beef, pork, chicken! Everything is super delicious! Onion, pickles at bar. Very good sides too. Corn in sauce is awesome! Portions are not huge but $20 is good for 2 meat plate with 2 sides. Drink selection is weak. Very spacious and well ventilated

I got me the, Pulled Pork Combo. This was delicious. The meat was tender, the sauce was just right and they have a pretty good selections for sides. The dinning area was clean, as the restrooms were too. The staff was extremely friendly. There was christian music playing. Thank you guys, may God bless you many years to come

I ordered the 3 meat plate smoked turkey, pulled pork, polish sausage and banana pudding for desert oh my goodness delicious really big servings I was full after the smoked turkey, but it was so good I just had to eat it all…….. mashed potatoes with gravy, and a cup of sweet yellow corn spot on thanks.

I had a great experience at Soulman’s Bar-B-Que. I ordered the Frito Bowl and it was really nice — flavorful, filling, and exactly what I was craving. The young lady who took my order was extremely kind and patient, which made the visit even better. The whole atmosphere felt comfortable and welcoming, almost like being at home.
My only small suggestion would be to offer a little more barbecue sauce with the Frito Bowl — one cup just isn’t quite enough. Other than that, everything was excellent. I’ll definitely be back.

Delicious meat! Fresh and juicy chicken! Brisket was very good! Stopped here for lunch and had absolutely great time! Fresh and delicious food. People are nice and friendly. Good atmosphere!

This food was TERRIBLE. I just drove 1400miles and was hungry for rREAL TEXAS BBQ. This place has 4.5stars and was close to my motel. I loved the decor and even let 3 people get in line ahead of me to order so I could take my time and look over the menu.
I noticed there weren’t too many people inside, maybe 2-3 seated couples eating. First red flag. I then saw a FLY buzzing the wide open cooked meat area. The server who took my order had on gloves and she shoo’ed the fly away,.2nd red flag. While I was distracted with picking out my sides, the server put my brisket THRU A MEAT GRINDER!!! NEVER HAVE I EVER…. It looked like scrambled ground beef and boy was it disgusting to eat and the taste was completely AWFUL.
The ribs and brisket had ZERO seasoning. Not even salt and pepper and it was rather dry. It was obviously NOT FRESH and that made it worse, because I paid $26. for food not edible.
I have called and called the location I had this horrible take out food from, but they don’t answer. Can someone from corporate please address this issue??Do not respond here on Google asking me to write or call your office for more information. I invite you to eat this food on any Sunday evening from the same location I went to.

My hat is off to the cooks and management at Soulman’s Bar-B-Que in Lancaster, Texas! . The chopped beef “Out of Sight” Special and 2-Rib order I bought had me back on my app ordering some more just TWO DAYS later! Delicious!! Therefore, you can imagine how disappointed I was when that second order was picked up for delivery by a DoorDash driver, and never made it to my doorstep. When I called the driver, he said he did not speak English. I knew that normally I would just be out of luck – and at the discretion of DoorDash’s “financial rules” that determine if and how much you would be reimbursed for this type of incident. The customer is normally, as they say “just stuck out”.
I called Soulman’s back and told them what had happened. To my delight, the new assistant manager (Chris) stepped to my rescue. He took the time to personally contact DoorDash on my behalf, and worked with them (along with assistance from his manager) until I immediately received a reimbursement I was satisfied with.
The food at Soulman’s Bar-B-Que was already amazing, but this spectacular customer service has resulted in a VERY satisfied customer who will be singing their praises to everyone I know. Thank you Soulman’s and Chris! You have restored my trust and belief that there are still people who really seek excellence in customer service and the happiness of their customers. Well done.
