Blaze Pizza is a true must-try when it comes to fast-food pizza in America. The service is efficient and super quick, and the pizza is genuinely good. In the photo you can see my gluten-free pizza, which was delicious.
You can fully customize your pizza with the toppings you prefer, which is a great plus. Prices are low and very convenient. A great option for a fast and tasty meal.

We were in Kentucky for a volleyball tournament. The boys wanted pizza. Perfect for a large group a boys that can’t agree on a pizza. Pizza are personalized individual size. Great choice of toppings. You can also order 1/2 pizza with salad. I got the 1/2 cauliflower dough, sausage, pepperoni, goat cheese and black olives with a caprese salad.

The food was fine, i got the spicy pepperoni, but didn’t feel was remotely worth the $11 ($15 with drink and tax). The restaurant felt sterile and uninviting, i didn’t enjoy sitting there to eat.
The staff was friendly and quick, do not fire half of them in a year when the location is no longer new and you feel you can start skimping, we will notice

It’s become my family’s new favorite lunch spot. My family, who has a hard time eating large portions, has become a fan of the half pizzas that come with their lunch specials. The prices are affordable and the quality is top-notch. The pick two menu is great because you can get two items for the price of one. I highly recommend this place if you’re wondering what to have for lunch.

We went here on Valentine’s Day, around 8:30. I had a personal-size pizza chicken barbecue. My date had two toppings, pepperoni, and green pepper. We also had some cheesy bread. We didn’t have to wait very long and the pizza was delicious. We are definitely going back. The crust was awesome. The dining area is more of a fast food setup. *return visit* BBQ chicken pizza’s crust was underwhelming it seemed like it wasn’t cooked long enough and the bottom was totally BLACK. This is caused by an abundance of burnt flour in the oven. Very disappointing.

I’ve visited this location several times since I live less than 10 minutes away, but this time I was really disappointed. When I got home and checked our pizzas, I thought mine was on top, but it was purposely placed at the bottom and was burnt. I saw it was already 11 p.m. when I checked the time, and unfortunately, even the parts that didn’t look burnt were still overcooked. I tried to eat them, but it was so bad that I had to spit it out.

The quality of take away food is highly variable in any situation. In this particular case the taste was mediocre. Customer service: taking my order and paying at the end of the experience was good. The cashier was exceptionally kind, helpful, and accommodating. It was pretty busy during my visit and two line associates were given corrective action (speed and accuracy) from a person who appeared to be the manager. The line associates listened, but we’re less than happy. This impacted their demeanor with customers. The atmosphere was energetic, light, and spacious.

If you aren’t going to blaze for lunch you are truly missing out. Where else can you get a freshly made to your liking half pizza, a salad, and a drink for less than $12. My favorite is the white top and caprese salad with extra tomatoes. Do yourself a solid and go.

My son and I decided to visit the St.Matthews locations. As we walked in the door we noticed the place was smaller the other blaze places, and they had fewer selections, but we enjoy the food so we have this location a try. What a horrible mistake we made. By the time we arrived home to eat our food as usual from blaze it was still warm, but something was off. Our pizza dough was chewy and soggy with no flavor. I chose to build are own as usual at other locations, but this place here is disgusting. We barely ate one slice and decided this wasn’t for us. My son tried to put his in our oven at home, and yet the flavor didn’t change the cauliflower crusty remained soggy. I wasn’t going to try it again. I threw mine in the garbage. The build your own salad was okay nothing to write home to mom about. We both woke up with a stomach ache. I guess we should’ve drove the extra miles to the previous locations further up Shelbyville rd. In my opinion this location needs immediate attention before someone else gets sick. If I know a photo could’ve been added I wouldn’t have thrown it away. This was a waste of money and respect for the chain. In my opinion. I’m still feeling sick to my stomach. My son stayed on the toilet for hours back and forth. I’m upset because we only have one bathroom and I had to use my grandkids potty. PLEASE DO BETTER

The staff I interacted with were nice and the food wasn’t bad but had I noticed how filthy the pace was prior to eating I would have left immediately. The bathroom was disgusting with stains all down the front of the toilet, the floor was slippery from grease, there was piled up trash and the main floor was covered in crumbs and food. One of the dirtiest restaurants I’ve seen in a long time. Probably won’t be coming back.
