This place was my second attempt on getting food in North Olmsted, and what a horrible experience. After placing a mobile order i had to wait for my food in parking lot. I witnessed numerous workers smoking / vaping while people waited for their food . When i went inside to check on my food , same people followed behind me and went behind counter and started preparing food without washing their hands. I was given my food , but 3/4 of my order was missing , i had to constantly tell worker what was still missing . I left , even tho i was still missing my drink… When i got to my vehicle and was handing out order to my family , their food wasn’t edible at all.. shrimp was over cooked and rubbery, chicken sandwich was slimy, cheesecake was frozen ( lol). The only thing that was edible was mashed potatoes, but by then no one didnt even want to attempt to eat them. Drove 45 minutes, waited 35 minutes for food, and spent almost 60 dollars for food that couldn’t be enjoyed. The great part to the evening was leaving parking lot and worker was sitting against his car smoking weed . I will be disputing this charge with my bank.

I am beyond livid. I just left Popeyes ordering a shrimp combo ,and four jumbo wings, to only get home and have damn near a pound of shrimp and no wings. How was this order messed up considering I had to pull aside and wait to have someone bring it out to me. Ever since marijuana was legalized in Ohio, fast food workers seem to not give a damn. My whole point of going to Popeyes was to get chicken, and not a half pound of shrimp.This is so disappointing ,and I’m not even gonna bother with a refund because my nerves are extremely frazzled. Put down the vape, and concentrate!!!!!This is the most basic job in the workforce,and it still seems to be challenging for some.

Ordered the new Freddy box for almost 20 dollars and 1 chicken sandwich.. looked like the food was chewed up and spit out.. absolutely disgusting will never order there again. 1 tender in the box and a a ball of smushed cheese curds that were rubber. Chicken still tasted frozen.. I’m mortified

Lobby is hardly ever open. This was acceptable shortly after the pandemic but not anymore. Then your only option is the drive thru which will waste at least a half hour of your life every single time. Hadn’t been to this location in a few years because it was never a positive experience and I see nothing has changed.

Today, 2-5-26 is my 3rd attempt to get whole wings at this location. This is my LAST time visiting. The morning/afternoon staff may be Amazing. I never go to this location early so this review is only for the staff in the evening. You close at 11:00 PM but yet as early as 6:00 PM you NEVER have whole wings. I find that odd. Again this is my 3rd time receiving the same message; we are out and today I received we only have a couple wings. How is this possible? Let’s talk about the professionalism in customer service. This is the absolute worst service location of any Popeyes restaurant! It feels like I am interrupting the team when I go to the drive-thru. For example this evening the person running the drive- thru let out a long sigh when I asked about whole wings- as if I were looking for a free meal. This is outrageous! This location should involve the entire team in customer service training. Did I mention 2 people smoking at the back door near the order menu!!! I drove off, this is my LAST visit. You would really excel if you had an opportunity to go to New Orleans Popeyes near the French quarter. The service is top notch. The food is fresh and people there obviously enjoy working there. Working in the service industry myself I would be unemployed if I treated paying customers this way. You deserve the 2.5 rating and I hope my review reduces it lower. Management- Do Better! Hire people who will represent your restaurant in a positive manner. Find out why your team refuses to cook whole wings. Also, check your cameras to see if the wings are going home with your staff.

Tried to order a 16pc family box mix n match, the cashier looked at me like I was dumb and said “we can’t do that”, got a 4 piece thigh box and 5 piece tender box instead. They were out of fries, the cashier was not helpful at all! He kept giving me the “gen z stare” every time I talked to him. Then he just kept pacing back and forth, not helping getting the orders together. The cook in the back had to come upfront to ask what I ordered because the cashier was useless. Waited 15 minutes for my food. BUT the cooks were definitely hard workers and were trying there absolute best with a useless cashier taking orders.

I have given this place a few chances over the last several years… never again. The first time I came here, I was asked to pull forward. I waited for 30+ minutes before I went inside to ask what was taking so long with my order. The manager laughed at me before finally giving me my food. Tonight, I ordered two tenders combos with sides of cole slaw and fries. They were apparently out of both of those sides, so they proceeded to give me red beans and rice without asking what I would like instead. The chicken was also original instead of the spicy that I ordered. This location is terrible; do not order from here!

Everytime I’ve been here, the service has been so bad. Workers are always rude and disrespectful. Today I was placing my order. I asked for a small Mac and cheese and the worker said “is that all?” And I said No, and continued ordering food. After every food I ordered he laughed and said “is that all”. No good evening, is there anything else you would like, have a good day. Also, he was literally laughing at me! For ordering Mac and cheese. The food was good this time, I’ll give them that. However I ordered 2 biscuits and only got 1, and he forgot the honey. When he handed me the drinks, he tossed the straw at me. And he forgot to put ice in my drinks. I’ve came here about 5 times over the past 6 years and the service has always been trash. Please rewrite your handbook or something.
