I had Ecuadorian food for the first time, and I was blown away by how delicious it was!
Both the encebollado and the seafood rice dish with sauce were absolutely incredible.
The encebollado was a warm, comforting soup full of tender tuna and yuca. The sweetness and crunch of the plantain chips added the perfect touch — I couldn’t get enough of it.
The seafood rice dish was also amazing. The sauce, rich with the flavor of mussels and other shellfish, was unforgettable. The generous seafood toppings and the baked plantain — which brought out a natural sweetness — were just amazing.
Thank you for making me a fan of Ecuadorian cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back!
