The staff were amazing and friendly . The facilities were very clean and brightly lit. The food was cooked to perfection as expected at a WhattaBurger. The ice and the sweet tea is always a favorite go to.
Sadly, they no longer do law-enforcement or military discounts. That is unfortunate, hence the 3-Stars.

I have been going for years at this location and I understand sometimes there is errors on the orders. Yesterday I got 3 combos of Monterrey Melts and barely put any vegetables on the burgers, put them in to go bags even tho it was a dine in and didn’t even offer ketchup or napkins despite I saw it was offered to other customers. Bad service and bad order taking by that particular crew that day

1. The staff are very thoughtful They put preordered food in a warm storage to keep it warm. So customers are able to eat fresh warm food instead of cold.
2. They always offer everything they can like sauce, napkins, utensils….. very nice and friendly! I felt being taken care of!
3. The size of the food is satisfying and worthy. I wish other restaurants can offer bigger size as well.

This Whataburger has a smaller dining room and it gets loud. The food is great though. Get the green chile cheeseburger with extra green chile. Great flavor in the green chile.

Awful service! Waited 10 minutes for a breakfast egg sandwich and hash browns… I thought maybe they were making it fresh but the food was almost cold as though it was sitting the whole time!!!! WTH???? They never said a word why it was taking so long!!! Never going to this location again! Management needs to address this issue! WHY did I wait so long for food that was almost cold??????? Shameful business practices! Definitely Chick-Fil-A next time (much better top notch service and food!!!)

Update: I don’t know what happened in a year to make this place so horrible, but I am very disappointed! The kid I had to deal with has absolutely no customer service skills. We placed an online order, went to the designated pick up spot to pick it up. First off all trying to order online didn’t work, you have to order on your phone. I didn’t place the orymy husband did and I went to pick it up and got scolded because I wasn’t the one that placed the order and I didn’t check in on the app. He literally told me next time they will just leave me sitting there. I finally got our food and everything was cold and gross. The ice was melted in our drinks. The chicken looked like the bottom of the bag crumbs that they had left over from yesterday and stuck in a microwave. It was so rubbery, dried out, and gross. We ordered extra gravy, good thing too because they only fill the cups 1/2 full. We ordered sauce, didn’t get any. No ketchup, no salt, no napkins. Ordered and paid for extras for our burger, didn’t get them. We called to let them know how awful everything turned out and that we paid for stuff that we didn’t receive. They just said when it’s convenient for use they will give us a free burger. Yeah, no thanks. We won’t be eating here again. Just another typical trash restaurant in Las Cruces with horrible customer service.
It was wonderful to go inside and eat and see other humans acting “normal.” People sitting and enjoying their meals. The food was very good and fresh. I got the #13 chicken strip meal with cream gravy. It was very delicious. I was not disappointed at all! I also tried their white chocolate raspberry shake…very good! Employees came by to check in us, offered us condiments, napkins, and straws. Picked up our trash and asked if everything was good or if we needed anything. Fantastic customer service! Beats the heck out of Sonic that’s for sure!

I’m so done with this place. Second time I have placed an order on their app selected Telshore location and it sends the order to main st. . Told the manager on Telshore about it and she told me to go get it at Main St location or I lose my money. You lost a life time customer today.
