Waited half hour past our reservation. Food was good, it’s not like it use to be though. Portions are small. Even the “traditional sz” Beef was grisly, but overall good flavor, wasn’t dry, rice was good & side of lo mein had nice flavor, we asked for spicy. Butter cake was delicious. Our waitress Laila was wonderful, very customer service oriented & polite, good server skills. I would love quieter music for relaxation while we ate, but I’m sure some like louder upbeat music. It’s only my preference.

I enjoyed lunch at P. F. Chang’s at Keystone Crossing, Indianapolis. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! I started with a cup of flavorful hot & sour soup and peach ginger hot tea. The cup size was very generous, not the small size at most other restaurants. Then I ordered the pan fried shrimp dumplings with dipping sauce. The dumplings were packed full with the shrimp filling and the dumplings were very tender. For my entree, I ordered the kung pao shrimp with brown rice. I love this dish! It had lots of shrimp with peanuts, and celery. The ambiance was calm, quiet, and welcoming.

I had a wonderful experience at P.F. Chang’s. At the fashion Mall store . The food was absolutely delicious — this is my second time ordering the Mongolian Beef and Chicken, and it was just as amazing as the first time. The margaritas were also very tasty.
Nara the restaurant server was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything I needed. Randy, the store manager, even stopped by to the table to personally check that everything was going well, which I really appreciated.
Overall, excellent service and great food. Definitely coming back

My wife and I walked into P.F Chang’s on a whim last week. As soon as we got inside, the gentleman at the entrance was kind, pleasant and had us seated right away. Not long after we were seated, our server, Yaqui, greeted us, and started us off on a great experience. She was polite, professional, and explained things on the menu I had a few questions about. The food was delicious, service was excellent and the whole evening turned out exceptional.

The food was decent. I had the Mongolian beef. It was over cooked and a bit tough. The spring rolls were ok, but I think they changed the recipe. Food was also Luke warm and not hot. Really disappointing as I used to love going here.
Additionally when I walked in, the hostess wasn’t there, I waited at least 10 min before I went to look for someone.

We came to PFchangs on Valentine’s day, with reservations. The waitress came with drinks and dirty sugar packs. I ask for some clean sugar packs, she brought more and then never came back. There were people who worked there saw us sitting there for over 20min and did nothing. I had to go find the manager to take our order. After us sitting there for so long I lost my appetite. If it wasn’t the FACT I was with my daughter I would have handled it completely different. I feel we were racially discriminated. The waitress was also very unprofessional talking with other guess about not serving us. The manager was nice and he compensated us but that still doesn’t take away from how we we’re treated at my daughter’s favorite restaurant. We have came to this location several times over the years and this was our first time experiencing this poor treatment. I will be calling corporate first thing Monday.

Just after Christmas in 2025, I met a good friend for dinner at P F. Chang’s at Keystone at the Crossing. Our server, Hadiya, struck me as particularly personable in our very first conversation of the evening. As the evening went on, she was consistently attentive and friendly in a genuine way. She made our evening there very nice, so much so that I asked her if I could talk to a manager (which I did) so that her excellent service would not go unrecognized.
I’ve had the receipt in my wallet for two months now, wanting to leave this review! The food, atmosphere, and especially Hadiya’s service as a waitress made for an unusually good experience.

I’m leaving a late review but my boyfriend made a reservation for us to come on Valentine’s Day and although they were very busy and packed full of reservations Cornisha did not have us waiting long. We were seated in a very timely manner and had a great server, Julie. Our food was great along with the service. I tried something new and it was great but the popcorn chicken was top notch and you should bring it back!
