Hey, I decided to treat myself today swung by McDonald’s on corridor Z. They were busy like sit in line for 13 minutes busy. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, fries and small shake. $12. Well my sandwich sucks. 2 pickle slices, chicken patty that’s it. No sauce, no lettuce, no nothing…. I haven’t had this in years so maybe things have changed. Not for the better. Tried calling to let them know but apparently they are too busy to answer the phone either …

This is a pretty average mcdonalds experience. They are pretty busy so it’s to be expected, but it still is awesome they stay open 24/7. There’s only been like once or twice that my food might be wrong, but usually the food is always good.

Placed a carry out mobile order, nobody was out in lobby. My food was more than likely handed out to random people in drive thru, as they couldn’t find my order. Ended up waiting 20-ish mins. The miscommunication between employees is upsetting.

I’m very reluctant to get five stars to a McDonald’s because most of them are trash nowadays. This one was an exception to the rule. They got our order right which never happens anywhere else. They were fast which also never happens anywhere else. And they were courteous to my wife which almost always never happens anywhere else! I’ve got to say this is a pretty solid McDonald’s experience I don’t have high hopes for the next time and the next McDonald’s. Although this is the first time we’ve been to McDonald’s in a few years because of all the poor service that we’ve had in the past. I still don’t think I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt.

It’s always very crowded and slow! Even delivering for then takes forever. I can guarantee if I have to take an order for this particular McDonald’s it will take 10 minutes to get the order.

Couldn’t get any one to come to counter.We could see five people talking.When I go to a restaurant I want some one to wait on me.I don’t want to order from a box in the lobby. We left went to Krystal.The people in there complained about having to order from there box and couldn’t get any one to talk to them.

I never had any issue here UNTIL NOW. I ordered a few things from McDonalds this past trip. I wasn’t sure as to who was a and who wasn’t a worker because some of them were wearing street clothes. I ended up ordering a few things on the screen myself. I get HALFWAY THROUGH MY LAST SANDWICH and feel something stuck to my lips. Wrapped up in the lettuce/mayo of my McChicken was tangled mess of hairs. Is it better or worse that I think they’re from the one lady’s cheap wig and not real hair? Attached are photos of the first one that caught my attention and how long it was when I pulled it out
