Inspired by Utah’s mountains, we perfected high-altitude roasting to create smooth, bold flavors that set us apart. From our roots in Utah, we’ve grown into a beloved community across Idaho, Nevada, Colorado, and Texas. At “Beans,” as our friends call us, we’re all about great coffee and even better connections. I love their coffee and usually the service is good. There is an option to tip, but it’s not high pressure or awkward, which is one of the main reasons I switched from the nearby Dutch Bros. Sometimes there can be some disorganization when you order with the app, but I just order in person to mitigate any issues. I like how you can earn points towards free coffee. When I take my toddler with me, she is entertained by their decorations for each holiday, which might seem small but it actually helps keep her happy while we wait, so I really appreciate that festive effort Overall, I do love this place.

I don’t know what they did different this time but I always get the same B Every bagel sandwich and a chi or matcha, and wow my sandwich was fresh with an amazing cheese pull and drink tasted sooo good then the usual chi I get, I’m not sure what her name was but she had black hair and black crystal earrings, 10/10 service and 10/10 food

Edit: responded by beans and brew to reach out to their feedback link so I did. Never heard back from them again. Service is still horrible, and so is their menu. Should honestly go bankrupt to replace with better coffee or store.
I’ve given this place a try multiple times and have always been let down with miserable coffee. This last attempt was a cold brew with an English toffee cold foam top. The barista failed multiple attempts at making cold foam until someone else came to make my drink. During my wait, six guests came and left with their drinks. After maybe 5 min; when I arrived home—I find my drink with no foam left and zero taste of English toffee sadly I don’t think I’ll ever return to a beans and brew. Mid tier coffee with terrible experiences and terrible craftsmanship. Save yourself the money and buy a canned coffee instead

We don’t go to Beans and Brews very often but we decided to stop by today and had a horrible experience. We ordered a matcha frappe and a cookie monster frappe. The matcha was good but the cookie monster was super watery and separated. I know some separation is expected but this is on a whole different level, this is supposed to be a blended drink. I asked to get a refund and instead the barista insisted that they remade it and had the other one remake it. I was fine with this but the whole time they were both were talking about how they didn’t want to be there and just wanted to go home and sleep. I know rushes can be hard to work through but talking like that in front of people when a drink was made incorrectly is crazy. The remade drink was just as rough. We’ve had the cookie monster frappe before and it’s never looked this. We won’t be coming back.

Absolutely love this coffee shop! The coffee is top-notch, and the pastries are always fresh and delicious. What really stood out to me was the amazing service—Epri, the manager, goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels taken care of. You can tell they really care about quality and community. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

I absolutely love this location!! All of the team there is so kind, and helpful, as well as patient with me and my shenanigans when I am being indecisive. Their coffee cakes are THE BEST!! And they are so accommodating with special orders as well as informative on drinks and what comes in them. I have been coming here since they opened, and I miss this team if I ever go to a different location.

I’ve been at the Eagle Mountain location a few times, and every time I get an iced coffee, it tastes like watered-down creamer. This last time, I wanted to try the pumpkin white mocha, and it was so gross. I didn’t taste any coffee or pumpkin; I even asked for extra pumpkin. All I tasted was watered-down creamer again! I will not be going back; it’s such a waste of money.
