We stopped in for lunch with a friend while we were in town. The place was quiet and not so busy when we arrived. We all ordered the lighter portions from the menu. We enjoyed their soup,salad and bread sticks as usual. I had the chicken parm and the pasta e Fagioli and their were delicious. We seemed to beat the lunch rush which made our visit very pleasant.

If you’re Celiac, dont eat at this location. I’ve eaten at many Olive Gardens and never had issues with ordering off the gluten free menu. First my plate came with Spaghetti noodles even though I ordered gluten free rotini. I repeated that it cannot be simply be scraped off it has to be fully replaced as it’s an allergy. Next plate came out, ate half of it, then discovered a spaghetti noodle under the gluten free rotini. Midway through this another gluten free plate came from the kitchen, ensuing more confusion. Im assuming it was scraped off and sent back out, meanwhile another fresh plate was made and I should have been given that one. The manager didn’t even come to our table to apologize, just told us the meal would be comped and offered another plate (no thanks). The server did apologize though and they gave the table 25% off. Service was incrediblely rushed with many other errors. Super disappointed as me and my family came to Olive Garden specifically for the gluten free options.

Olive Garden, worst experience ever!!!
When we arrived 3 parties were currently waiting, the floor did seem full, so we checked in with what we thought was the host/hostess and started our wait for a table. Slowly the waiting parties were seated and we were in line. So we waited 20mis, 30mins go by 45 mins later still waiting, 3 large parties walkin and are seated immediately and without regards to my family waiting patiently for 1hr. After the management realized that there was no one greeting people to be seated they tried to seat us. They take us all the way to the back full of empty tables (like 20 or so) no one should have been waiting not the people before us or the line after us. There is no excuse for failure like this. We left dissapointed……………
Please take our advise and enjoy a wonderful visit with very friendly and courteous staff, excellent food and dessert at SPUMONI ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a birthday get together for my 93 y/o mother, Bella was our main server, she had an entire team assembled to accommodate the 4 celebrations that day 8/24/25. We had close to 30 in our party. I can only say that Bella along with her team were very attentive from the time we walked in to the time we left.
The food was prepared great, atmosphere was perfect. My sister (I have 4) had bought a very big três leches cake (a family favorite) the servers were very attentive in cutting and serving the cake, we all had our fill. The fiesta adjacent to us was a beautiful family, but they had forgotten a cake. We had plenty left over so my sister suggested to ask the other family if they cared for some. They gladly accepted. The servers served them as well, there was still more cake and I asked Bella if they would eat the cake as we didn’t care to take it as it was over 100° that day. She assured me that the cake would be gone in no time from the staff members.
I will not hesitate to plan another get together at this restaurant but I highly recommend anyone looking for a great atmosphere and staff to accommodate a large group.

Greeted upon entering and seated fairly quickly! We got our soup and salad within minutes of ordering. Excellent service provided by the staff. Highly recommend this Olive Garden location!

Michelle, our server at Olive Garden, was absolutely outstanding. We were celebrating my friend’s 60th birthday, and she made the occasion truly special. Throughout our visit, Michelle checked on us regularly and ensured we had everything we needed. Her demeanor was exceptionally kind, professional, and friendly. The food was okay but the drinks were amazing.

The service was excellent. Riley was our waitress. She was very accommodating, caring, and helpful. She brought extra soup, salad and bread sticks, offering grated cheese on our entrees, soups and salads. Even the manager stopped by to see how we were doing. I only offered 4 stars for my chicken parmigiana because it seemed a little overcooked, but our overall experience was extremely pleasant and enjoyable.

I was shocked by the way the server spoke to us. I wasn’t ready to order my drink yet and when my boss ordered his she came back and told us we don’t do refills for people sharing. We were not sharing anything and we were actually waiting for his wife to arrive. That kind of comment felt rude unprofessional and completely inappropriate. It left me shocked and uncomfortable and could have caused problems with my boss and his wife. Truly a bad experience. I left a photo of my drink so you can see that it was full (no signs of sharing)

Customer service here is 10/10 Marcel went above and beyond. I was in crutches and he and the staff were very accommodating.

Had a craving for spaghetti and decided to try ordering online and picking up in their parking lot. Could not connect with link so had to phone to let them know I was waiting. Short wait, pleasant delivery person, complete order. Not enough sauce on the spaghetti but the meatballs made it easy to divide for 2 more meals.
Satisfied my craving but will ask for extra sauce next time.
