I had a very disappointing experience at Olive Garden today. When we arrived, everything actually started out great. We were seated immediately, and our server quickly came to get our drink orders. She also returned promptly to take our food order and brought our salad and breadsticks without any issues.
Unfortunately, things went downhill once our meals arrived. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. After twirling the pasta and dipping my breadstick into the Alfredo sauce, I noticed two separate hairs in my food that looked like beard hair. Needless to say, that completely ruined my appetite.
When we called the server over and showed her the hair, her response was surprising. She simply asked if I wanted her to “take it off” or if I wanted to order something different. There wasn’t much apology or concern about the situation. I ended up ordering something else, but the whole experience was uncomfortable and awkward. It felt like we were being rushed out. our waiter brought us our ticket and then did not acknowledge us for the remainder of time.
To make matters worse, we had to flag down a completely different waiter just to get to-go boxes, and I never received the soup I asked to take home. Overall, the service after the issue happened felt inattentive and poorly handled.
I’ve eaten at Olive Garden many times and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. Finding hair in food is unacceptable, and the way it was handled made the situation even more disappointing.

Wife demanded we stop at Olive Garden so here we are. The food and service was exceptional: our waiter, Jaylen, was attentive but did not hover.
He recommended a dish I found to be very good; the chicken and shrimp carrbanara (sp?) while the wife got shrimp fettuccini Alfredo. Both meals were very good as I liberated some of hers when she wasn’t looking.
We also got the appetizer of spinach-artichoke dip which was nice.
All in all a nice dining experience.

It’s an Olive Garden, so what do you expect? Well, for a Friday at 5:45, I’d expect they would plan far enough ahead to have draft beer, but here we are. Seriously, no draft beer for Friday happy hour? Do better. The food is otherwise typical Olive Garden quality with friendly service.

We got there and the ladies seated us in a booth.. next thing I know she’s asking us to move toward us.A small table… Five minutes later, she put somebody in the booth. We were a party of four and there they were a party of two.. What the hell… I’ve never felt so uncomfortable. There’s places so rundown.. I’m gonna service suck!!!

Zuppa Toscana and chicken fettuccine my favorite food when I go to Olive garden wizard sweet tea very sweet love it atmosphere was very quiet they were quick on their feet for our service wise all you can eat soup and salad with entree the price was really reasonable very impressed with my visit will come back

I believe Carla was our server, and she was training2-3 new servers on a really busy Monday night.
My husband and I were seated by the kitchen entrance, which was noisy, but also the drain smell there was quite strong.
Understandably, there were a few hiccups as the new servers took our order. But Carla took great care to make it right and check in on us regularly.
Wine pour was great, my chicken margarita with mushroom addition was delicious.
My only complaint on food was the chicken gnocchi only had 1 gnocchi per bowl.
Pumpkin cheesecake was light and delicious, highly recommend.

Don’t usually go to chain restaurants but we were traveling through town and it was late in the evening. Olive Garden was crowded at 8p! We sat at the bar and got great service from Alexis. We watched her make a number of drinks and they all looked wonderful. We ordered the endless soup and salad. The zuppa tuscano ( potato soup with Italian sausage) was excellent. The minestrone soup was delicious, too. Both served nice and hot. Their salad is always fresh and delicious. The breadsticks were served warm and tasty. Highly recommend this location for it’s great customer service and delicious food.

The food was good as usual but they did go up on their prices again. The soup was hot, salad fresh, chicken Alfredo was amazing and of course the breadsticks were awesome! The broccoli in the chicken Alfredo was very soft so if you do not like really soft veggies best not to order the broccoli added in for an extra 2.99. Buuuttt I had to give it a try. Our waitress was nice as well. And gotta love the after mints! I will for sure come back but with how the prices are still climbing it will be a while.
