Wanted a hamburger at 2am. IHOP offered it on the menu.
The waitress was very nice and friendly. The food came out of the kitchen quickly. The coffee was hot and the food was great. It hit the spot and addressed my craving for a cheeseburger at a breakfast place.
I would give it 5 stars, but it just does not rise to that level of cuisine.

Pleasantly surprised. We were chiming back from the beach and needed hardy food. Our goal was met! I ordered their strawberry French toast – thick but fluffy. My little one ordered the kids French toast which was quite large, eggs, sausage.

I tell you what! I have been here many times with my family, and in every occasion the service has been super nice, with kind and welcoming people. The food was really good once again, and the waiter was very accommodating to our requests. Breakfast always feels like home. It may not be a super sophisticated restaurant but they know how to make you feel like home. Nick was a super waiter today. Thank you.

Dude 4 months I been trying to order broccoli and 4 months y’all haven’t had it. Could have sent someone to Walmart to buy it at least 100 times by now. It’s the one side I actually like and you NEVER have it. Take it off the menu or send someone to the store once a day. Y’all have the money. Jeez

We are traveling for work and do not know the area. We saw IHOP as we drove down the street. We were seated and waited over 15min at our table and no one showed up to even ask us if we wanted water, by the looks of it, others had been waiting longer for a server so we left. In the same shopping center, we saw First Watch and ended up going there even if never been here. Loved it so much more than IHOP. Food and service were top notch. Food was seasoned great. Recommend going here vs IHOP. Sorry for the bad review IHOP but you guys really failed this time.

Great experience, great service, food was good and hot. My family enjoyed their meals. These people know how to make travelers feel welcome. We don’t live here but if we did… we’d be regulars at this location. The staff was attentive and kept the coffee cup filled. Thanks for your hospitality!

A world class IHOP! Absolutely first class service from Roseanne, my breakfast sampler was the epitome of perfection. Served quick, hot, and delicious! Even the restroom was spotless.
