Yesterday I went thru your drive thru. When trying to place my order the clerk kept saying he could not hear me although I was almost yelling. I asked if I could order at the window. When I get to the window he still seemed to be having problems. I ordered the 1/2 chicken sandwich meal and an additional side of green beans. I’m new to habit and not real familiar with the prices and I am at the window now not the menu board. When he rang it up, I gave him my money but then I asked how much was the side of green beans. I then realized that for about $1.50 more I could have got another meal. I asked to add/change the order and make it 2 meals, the clerk said no I could not. I asked why not. He says he has to ask the manager. I think he was in training. He gets a manager and she comes to the window being very snippy with me asking “what do you want to do” I said “ I’d like to add to my order” she very rudely said “ I’ll do it this time only”. So I asked since when can’t you add or change an order and if this is going to be a problem cancel the order and give me my money back. She proceeded to say the food it cooked by order and it would take more time. So ok what’s the problem. They were not that busy. She was then asking rudely do you want your money back or the food. I told her – “you tell me since you have a problem changing the order”. She then changes the order and gave me my change. After I got the food I wish I had got my money back because I didn’t want to eat the food because I was concerned that she may have done something to my food. She had a rude nasty attitude and I will never go to that restaurant again.

I love this location because the kitchen manager Agustina and the drive thru worker Amber are always so welcoming and have such great energy, it’s literally contagious! Their level of service is exceptional.
Also my food is always on point and even though I don’t eat at the restaurant since I always order on the app or on the phone to pick it up, it’s still hot and fresh when I eat at work. Love this place! Thank you for being so awesome! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Closest Habit near me. Food is great (when they get it right and fresh). They have self order kiosks and you can order through the app, I recommend using those because they have poor customer service, ordering and paying in person can take more than 5 minutes waiting for someone to come over and help. Management needs to understand that not everyone wants to use their kiosks or their app.

I, Strong Believe That When You Make Food You Must Be Good Mood or else the results will be negative ending up with bad food like in this visit I had with my family. The Outcome Of This Experience few Factors Play its role… I believe I will be taking habit out of my places to eat. Today I expirience horrible customer service starting when I order the employee telling me they couldn’t take my order that I had to use the screen to do so. After 10 minutes of trying to put my order together when I tried to pay I couldn’t pay cash so the employee had to take my order from the start… employee was bother to take my order… after I got my food I requested for chilli peppers. For some weird reason the section where they have napkins n condiments was empty.. so I had to request the employees for most of things I needed… back to the chilli peppers I asked for after waiting for 15 minutes I told the employee I was still waiting n he told me I will give them to u when I can. I waiting another 10 minutes n decided to start eating my cold food maybe I will get then sometime before I finish eating… I never got them even the employee kept on looking at me… I am so disappointed not only in the customer service but also in how dirty this habit was…. I feel bad being a Karen but I just couldn’t avoid it n ignore it so I had to write this essay of my expirience at what it use to be one of my favorite places to eat out with my family. No more I’m done with Habit they lost couple long time customers.

Never had a bad experience with Habit Burger before. This might be the worst location. Ordered green bean fries, so much salt I couldn’t finish the small fry without coughing! Ordered a burger with no onions cause my husband is allergic to onions, oh man, so many onions on the burger!!!!!! Such a waste of $. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. This place is not very cheap but to take your money and get your order this wrong!!!!! I can honestly say I feel so much worse after eating here!!! Money is not well spent if you decide to eat here. Sooooooo salty!!!!!

Dirty floors dirty tables and no one cares. Stays that way even when they are not doing anything but standing around and talking. Even after mentioning and requesting a clean table. Nothing.
