In my opinion, Burger King restaurants have been declining steadily, but not this one. I had just got out of work, after working 3 12-hour shifts in a row, and didn’t want to make dinner. I used the drive-thru, shortly after 6pm. They got the food out rather quick, the order was accurate, and everything tasted very well. I think Burger King seriously has the best tasting burgers of all the restaurants. Even though most of them are needing help, I will always stop into this one when in town. Whoever owns this establishment, great job, and keep up the good work!

I’ve giving this Burger King four stars because it’s a lot better than the one in Three Rivers. It was pretty clean, which surprised me, and they got my order correct , and quickly. They are also doing a good job practicing social distancing, as they’re currently doing to go orders only.

I tried to order through the drive thru and did not hear anyone so I pulled up to the window. The young man at the window took my order so fast and turned his back before I could even give him the details of my order. I tried to get someone’s attention to make sure it was ordered right but no one was paying attention or seemed to care. The manager who’s name was Ashley gave me my ordered and when I told her it was suppose to be plain she rudely said “pull forward” and did not even apologize or try to be sincere. Then the young man Jayleon tried to argue with me that I didn’t order it a certain way. Both employees had terrible customer service and reminded me why I dont barely ever go to BK.

Food is mostly good, no complaints. Only thing is- it takes FOREVER to get through the line. Just today (6:45p) i went for lunch- ONE other car in the lane at the speaker. Sat for 13 minutes, and pulled off. Went to arbys, and seen that same car sitting there, at the speaker, waiting. Several times visiting and its the same way. Some days are better, ill give them that. Customer service could get a rework. One lady there that works the drive-thru has no compation or energy. Bland, robotic “hi” “thanks” “heres your card”. No smile, no feelings. Just quick interaction with a RBF. One of the lady managers are nice, and helpful. Same with another one of the younger men who work the window. Fix the issue with the extremely long wait times, and employees to even act like they enjoy their jobs, ill fix my review.

Waited 20 mins at ordering screen just to place my order and another 10 mins just to get it. Burger was burnt. Picture says it all. Don’t recommend

I’ve gone there 3 weeks in a row and got the 3 chicken sandwiches for $7.00 and they make them fresh – so they are nice and hot/tasty everytime!
They have you pull up and bring your food out to you so you’re not holding up the people behind you!
Highly recommended Burger King!

We don’t go out much but when we do it’s Burger King mostly their because of the impossible burgers. I think about everytime we go there is something wrong with the food it has mayo when we said no or they forget an order of fries or something but they are always nice and correct it quickly so I’m not mad i still keep coming

I went in and some stuff the guy behind the counter didnt tell me they didnt have any of the drink left til after I paid THEN I kindly ask for a refund and a woman with blue hair comes over and gives me part of the refund back while also giving attitude
Also I asked for a bag with a handle that doordashers use since I ride a moped and they didnt let me get one
