No one was in the place and we stood at the counter while all employees were on their cell phones. Ignoring us. Food was ok. No customers i side and the tables had not been wiped down. A Door Dash person came in and kept saying hello to get someone’s attention behind the counter. Finally after several attempts someone spoke to her. Zero work ethic.

Every time I visit this location, Marqwesha takes my order and she is always incredibly kind and efficient. She consistently provides top-tier customer service and truly sets the standard for how customers should be treated. Marqwesha definitely deserves a raise—she’s a perfect example of excellence in customer service.

Absolutely unacceptable. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up during my work lunch break. I sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes and still had three cars ahead of me with no movement. At that point, my break was over and I was forced to leave without my food.
If you’re offering mobile ordering, you need to be able to handle the volume. A 20+ minute drive-thru wait completely defeats the purpose and wastes customers’ time—especially people on a strict lunch break. No warning, no option to cancel in the app, just stuck in line.
This location is wildly inefficient and unreliable. I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald’s if you’re on any kind of time limit.

2/15 7:15 PM. Waited at speaker for 5 minutes, no acknowledgement. No other customers in sight besides the two in front of us who got their order taken. Even said hello into speaker and got no acknowledgement. Drive around to leave and everyone’s messing around in front of the window not doing their job and ignoring customers. Two customers in front of us already served and gone. First and last visit to this location, glad i didn’t spend any of my money.

I literally had to pull over to leave a review. I’m sorry, but this McDonald’s is way too consistent in the best possible way. The fries were perfectly salty crispy to perfection. The big Mac was solid, and the crisp Dr Pepper to top it off. I really like this McDonald’s.

The drive-thru was horrible it was randomly taking orders from both Lanes and then I ordered a filet of fish I guess I didn’t know we had a shortage of cheese in this country.
I mean if I knew the cheese was going to be as hard as a rock burnt to my steamed bun I would have just minused the cheese! Lol

The food is ok if you get it warm, typically the cheese isn’t even melted and the sandwiches are prepared haphazardly. Service is slow and they always forget condiments.

This place was fantastic. I’m not a big fan of fast food restaurants. They’re being partially disabled. I use them more than I want to. This place is unbelievable being I went in to pick up my food instead of waiting and they gave me a free large strawberry shake. From my effort it was clean. The people were courteous, the restroom was spotless and it’s handicap accessible as is the parking and structure for the doors. Very very nice McDonald’s they have fabulous children’s area

I ordered 2 Big Breakfasts one with hot cakes so I get home and open it and each order had the egg cut in half. See picture. No utensils no salt, pepper, or jelly. But at least there was butter and syrup. So make sure you check your stuff this place is known for bad service and they will not disappoint.

Ordered 4 of the $5 meal deal. Requested cook to order fries but they gave me old & dry burgers with hard buns like it’s been sitting for a while. They didn’t put any sauce in the bag for my chicken nuggets. The McDonald’s franchise have gotten TOO comfortable TOO LONG with serving their customers low quality food & service. What is management for? Just to count the drawers at night?
