Maury made McDonald’s a great experience the best from all McDonald’s we have ever been to. She made my son’s day special by going out her way and listening to what he wanted that was not in the kiosk screen available to order and she made it possible with my son’s chocolate chip cookie.Thank you Maury for the great customer service she was the only one working and listening to customers request and needs. Kenny is awesome! Food tastes great and is hot! Presentation was amazing! So clean inside! He had the online orders and drive thru orders along w the front counter ALL being taken care of in a timely manner! I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald’s was so disappointing that I feel people deserve a warning. The service I received was shockingly bad. The employee who helped me (Danae) was dismissive, unprofessional, and acted as if serving customers was an inconvenience. My order was handled carelessly, and the overall interaction left me feeling both disgusted and frustrated.

This is our preferred fast food restaurant in the area. The times that the order has been wrong, they make it right. The last couple of times that we’ve been, it doesn’t seem as chaotic in the back and the lobby is much cleaner than any other chain that we’ve been to in the area. Long lines are handled pretty quickly here too.

It was a busy time and when I received my 2 happy meals and a side of extra fries, the food was NOT hot. After waiting & hungry kids who had a long day and sports that evening and, this is a treat, we rarely get this junk, I decided to just go because to wait is a whole other problem. Not only was our food not HOT but they skimped on all of our fries, really upsetting when you pay over $15 for junk!!! *updated went in person to the mgr. She rarely made eye contact and was tapping and obviously didn’t care, but I was super polite and for what it’s worth she was nice and helped rectify this. Fast food should have the fries full and all food HOT!! Especially if it’s busy. Corporate will always have an excuse to cover these facts.

I come to this McDonald’s quite often and every time I come they either get my order wrong and don’t fix the issue or they have me wait 15 mins in their designated parking spot for an orange juice or smoothie, in which I usually have to get out my car and go inside to get. The manager never rectifies the issues when brought to her attention. They just don’t care.
