I was treated by a friend for my birthday. I had never been. It’s a down home atmosphere with country cooking like grandma’s. Real dumplings, meatloaf, cobbler, pies and rows of tables of food. Please don’t waste any! Everything I had was very good but of course I ate so much I could have taken a nap! Don’t eat and drive! Lol!

We ordered number 1 on the menu and it said biscuits and gravy we only got 1 biscuit and half cup of no flavor gravy. The 2 eggs were good 2 warm sausages.. didn’t really like that you pay to leave and other people are coming in to eat pay so it’s very congested. I hope they update their menu and give the customer what they ordered 2 biscuits or change the menu. We also ordered lemon water and got water with fake lemon juice to add. I included the menu so you can see it

This was a nice family-friendly spot for a quick lunch during our drive through Tennessee. We had no trouble finding parking. There was plenty of space, which made things easy with kids in tow. We were able to get in and out without much wait, which was great. As far as buffets go, the food was about what you’d expect, some items were definitely better than others. The mac and cheese, however, was a real miss
It had a watery texture and very little flavor. That said, our server was wonderful. She was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the meal. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we’d be happy to stop by again if we’re passing through.

Customer Service is a little lacking. Food is average. Stop Charging your Customers a 3% or more Service Charge to use a Card . That is the Cost of doing Business. Also Pay your people so they don’t have to rely on Tips. We shouldn’t have to pay your employees, that is your job . As far as Service , would have been nice to have a second cup of coffee , I’m not chasing down the Server. DO BETTER.

This is a good place to have a meal. They have a variety of foods to pick from.
It is a bit different than other buffets we have been.
It stays packed it appears. Especially during the early hours after opening.
If they are full, they have a small seating area for you to wait. They take your name and call when a table is available. The buffet area is small but they keep it well stocked. Foods such as fried chicken, collards, cream corn, yeast rolls or dinner rolls and corn bread with peppers. So beware if your tummy is sensitive. The mashed potatoes were very good, the gravy as well. I don’t eat many fried foods so I personally can’t speak on the fried chicken. It was apparent that it was a hit though as people continued emptying the tray it sat in they have a decent dessert bar but the ice cream are in mini tubs and they offer yogurt as well. Their sweet tea was good too. It gets extremely hectic from what I observed and the waitresses where we sat were very loud when emptying plates into their buckets to be washed. There is a bar style like table close to where they do refills. I recommend NEVER sitting right there. The noise is obnoxious in that area. It would probably be best if you don’t want to hear all of that noise to sit off to the side area. Or close to the buffet section.
We ask if the food ever changed on the bar as far as choices or if they had different options on different days. They stated it changes somewhat at dinner time but it’s almost always the same food choices.
We hope to come back to this small town restaurant in the future. Hopefully, our next experience will be quieter and we will have different food options. All in all, it was a good experience.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was very good outside of the Mac and cheese being frozen. The chicken and dressing with gravy was very good.
The salad bar is self serve and the menu is served family style. I really liked that the portions were appropriate for the number of people.

When we pulled in parking lot and saw how busy they were we thought Wow this is gonna be good. Not so much. Meats were dry, Mac n cheese was watery, cornbread was spicy, French fries over done and the cookies look like were sitting there for a week. Only saving grace was our waiter was awesome!

Truly adorable authentic Southern food restaurant ❤️ I am so grateful this kind of family restaurant still exists in the middle of industrial food chain business, as I indeed feel love, hospitality and homey in their food and service! The dessert is typical southern and soooo delicious! Come hungry!!
