Spent almost $50 asked for strawberry cheesecake, pancakes, and well done hashbrowns I literally got plain pancakes. They said they were out of the strawberry compote and additionally the server told me that they were out of almost everything including cheese for a company this size. This is completely unacceptable. I’ve literally never had this issue at Waffle House. Whoever the district manager is for the stores should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I want a refund.!!

Miss Rose is the best server here. We’ve been coming for a few months and after only one visit Miss Rose remembers our original order exactly. I asked for a change once and she has remembered the change since. Sometimes it will be weeks between visits but she always it’s happy to see us and never forgets the order. The Manage Mike has an exceptional crew.

I walked over from my hotel when I arrived about 4 AM after going to an EDM event with 4 DJs. I was starving and had no idea what I wanted until I saw the picture of the Chicken and Waffles in the menu. I’ve had lots of food from IHOP before, but that was something new for me. I enjoyed it. Would definitely get it again sometime.

I’m not even sure where to begin, but our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment we were seated, things felt off. Our server barely spoke, did not introduce herself, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting us. We clearly let her know we were dining in.
When we sat down, the table was sticky and the menus were wet, which was already concerning. When she eventually came to take our order, she stood about 10 feet away, making it very difficult to hear her. The interaction felt unnecessarily awkward and impersonal.
We also noticed that there were two other guests seated before we arrived who were in her section as well. She barely acknowledged them, and at one point they had to wave her down. When she finally approached, she asked if they were ready to order. After they said yes, she rolled her eyes, said “okay,” and walked away. It was uncomfortable to witness. We tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, assuming maybe she was having a rough night. However, those guests eventually left due to the lack of service.
We decided to stay, but we ended up waiting about 40 minutes for our food, despite there only being a few other tables in the restaurant — none of which were even in her section. When our food finally started coming out, only half of our order was ready, and it was placed in a bag as if it were a takeout order, even though she knew we were dining in. That made us feel very unwelcome, almost as if we were being rushed out.
After nearly an hour of waiting and only receiving one of our two meals, we decided to leave. We left the food behind and left the restaurant feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.

First of all the manager here is an outstanding guy. He’s nice. He’s a gentleman. He knows how to run a business. In my opinion, he should be general manager over all IHOPs but still be here at the one on Thornton Road the food incredible. I have never eaten anything here that wasn’t outstanding like a top-notch high-end restaurant. Then there’s the waitresses the waitresses are outstanding. They’re so nice. They’re so caring. They are the best waitresses I have ever met in almost any restaurant. I’ve gone to in Georgia. Honestly, you should come here for breakfast and lunch. This place has incredible food for those two occasions and I want to tell corporate that they need to give this manager a raise he deserves to be paid more money!!

Modisty was very nice greeting and offering the best drinks this ihop has to offer after I got my drink I needed some recommendations on what to order cause everything just looks so good but the steak tips&eggs meal was my personal favorite! Very delicious

I reluctantly got the omelette and thought I would be disappointed like most places I go. But in fact I was not! This was a beautiful, large omelette. Most places make them with like 2 eggs but this one was pretty big with lots of bacon and sausage. Also you only get one piece of French toast with it but it was also large. So with that said I was full and happy. Rosie took good care of us and was very laid back.
