Guys you can see if you follow me that I do not write many bad reviews unless there’s a reason for it.
I have not been to this Buffalo wild wings in probably two years so upon entering, I was expecting it to be like it was before, but the service is horrible. The place is dirty and they only had two waitresses. One of the waitresses was also a bartender, and no one was even there to welcome us when we walked in the door. I don’t know if they were just having a bad day, but this looks like people at Buffalo wild wings specifically this Independence location have gotten extremely lazy. we seated ourselves in the bar area because we figured someone would notice us if we’re there and then finally the bartender came over to give us water. She was doing everything she could. I’m not blaming any of this on her. It takes a very long time to get our food… there’s probably 20 tables full so it was a lot for the two maybe three of them them to be going through. When our food came There wasn’t any celery on the plate or when we asked for some what she brought out was horrible. It was like it had been in the refrigerator for 710 days and it was brown on the ends and stringy and it just looked like it. Honestly, it just looked like time for the garbage. but the rest of the food was like I said just OK I couldn’t get over the fact of how dirty the place was how unkept it was. The bathroom was gross, so I am not gonna give my stamp of approval on this one. I’m not sure that I’ll ever be back.

Overall, the food was good. Had one batch of wings that were a little dry. Philly cheese steak with beer cheese was Great! Pretzel knots we’re amazing!

Constantly overcooked wings. Tonight pacifically we had a terrible server. She acted like it was a terrible thing that she was there to do a job and she was as lazy as lazy could get and then management was no better. They was also absolutely lazy. We receive no refills. We receive no check-ins on how the food was nothing. Overland Park is the place to go, not this terrible junky place

Normally, it’s a great chain to eat! This was an off day for this location! The chicken strips were approximately ⅔ of the way cooked! They were rubbery and inedible! We didn’t argue or complain, just boxed them up and used our air fryer at home! The location was clean and hardly had to wait to be seated! Everything else went pretty well! We waited on several drinks and requests but also realized they were busy and getting busier! We may give them another try in the distant future, but there’s a lot of choices all around!

This buffalo the last two times I have been I have felt a race issue and I’m not one to do that but me and my husband can and seat in the 3rd booth on a Tuesday night waiting for 20 minutes as the table that was seat after us was greeted promptly , we then decide to go get a Togo order and there a pregnant young lady at the counter we explained to her the issue and she pretty much ignored what we said went straight into can I get a name for your order so we’re just like well damn ok they don’t care here had another encounter for an order over the phone and she was the same girl different Tuesday just because I keep trying to go but for real y’all if you don’t like people and your don’t want to give out customer service really just let your boss know that but this stuff leaves a really bad taste in people’s mouths and it just shouldn’t be like that at all

It’s B-Dubs BOGO wing night. Ordered mine to go. Waited a minute for the hostess to finish with the couple ahead of me. They were making a take-out order in the restaurant. I thought it a little odd, but the hostess helped them with everything and never missed a beat. That impressed meore than anything else.

Low quality fried food. I ordered fried tender nuggets, tater tots, and fried cauliflower. The chicken had hardly any meat and the breading was over-cooked and actually broke a tooth!
Sonic’s tots and chicken are better. $23 to eat sub-par food and cause me to have to see the dentist.

DONT ORDER THROUGH UBER. We ordered 3 items; bacon cheeseburger, Nashville tenders with fries, and an order of fried pickles. The fries were so hard we started tossing them like lawn darts. The chicken?? ZERO SAUCE ADDED. If the wife wanted plain, I promise she would have asked for it. But she didn’t, and to make it worse it’s not like she received the wrong ones. It looked like the chicken had been cooked, sauce was added, and then they tried to wash the sauce off in the sink. The burger? It was ok. The patties were a bit hard like they’d been sitting for awhile before getting sent out for anyone’s order. I like that they send out food for delivery that’s pure trash thinking it doesn’t matter if they send out old food. But that’s a grimy, trash way of handling business.

My Mom’s 80th Birthday… Food was cold and so was waitress. 9 at our table yet waitress chose to talk across the table instead of next to my mom. Very weird and strange dinner. WON’T BE DOING THAT AGAIN. NOPE JUST DON’T GO THERE.
