I went to the chaos and pay for it at the kiosk but apparently my card was 14 cents short and the lady at the counter couldn’t take the change or the extra money from me to pay for the order so they said I would receive the money back to my card in 2 days.. I never received my money back in 2 days found out that the store don’t have a phone that I can’t call somebody to complain and then I talked to corporate and they said they would mail me a gift card from McDonald’s.. I never received that either.. I just was told I would get my money back in 2 days and then was told I would get a card that would cover the money and I ain’t never received neither one… Working next across the street from the McDonald’s for 17 years I never received any kind of issue like this yes all stores are different but I never thought I would be getting a lie to more than once from another McDonald’s..

This is the worst McDonald’s ever the food is always cold. The milkshake is runny like chocolate milk and then they get an attitude when you request a refund. Very poor customer service. On This day, my order got mixed up very badly, twice even after taking my food back. The cashier seem like they had no clue of how to take orders and their seem to have been mixed up with the vehicles in front of me. When I receive the correct food, the fries were hard and cold. I specifically asked not to not have salt on my fries or burger and there was still a ton of salt seems like even more salt was added to the burger and the fries. I’m not sure if this was totally done on purpose but I didn’t have an issue with this location prior to this day. I’m nervous about going back now and chances are I may not go back. And then on top of that, some of the employees acted like they had attitudes as though we were bothering them. So I cannot recommend this place.

The employees were friendly and very helpful. They have several different kinds of chicken sandwich meals. I enjoyed the grilled chicken wrap, some fries and a drink. The place was clean and orderly.

This restaurant manipulates their drive thru times by pulling every car that comes through the drive thru to spots in the parking lot. They were so desperate to get people to pull forward during today’s visit that they were putting drive thru customers in curbside spots and even having them park along the curb in unnumbered spots where they can’t even keep track of who is where.

Just improve your kitchen times and drive thru times will be what they are.

This little boy was very disrespectful. I had asked for fresh food and apparently food had already been made, however the lady was talking over my food and I did not trust it so I asked for it to be remade.
This boy told me to take my food and go, caused a whole commotion and flicked me off. This was very unnecessary and feel this should be handled by corporate. I also had my 6 year old with me.

This place is absolutely horrible when it comes to customer service i placed an order in the drive through and when i got my order it was wrong so i looked at receipt but they gave me the wrong receipt so i said hey i didn’t get my hash brown not sure if u charged me or not for it but ill pay for it anyway the manager yelled at me said i never ordered stated i did she then proceeded to throw the bag at me after numerous times of telling me i was wrong and never ordered it theres so many mc Donalds out there that i wont be returning to this location and i spend a-lot every month on McDonalds great way to lose a customer
