Popeyes tends to have the most flavorful chicken of all the brands. The skin is crunchy and flavorful and it’s the same every time. The biscuits are fine. Their sides are generally a miss for me and on appearance the mac & cheese and mashed potatoes, both very starchy, just looked basic and plain. Nothing excited me so we just ordered chicken. Went home and put my own sides with it. Chicken prices have gone up everywhere. I do think if you want some good tasting chicken, Popeyes is the main chain but that’s all I get.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken tenders meal for 2. Got 3 tenders and an extra side. One of my sides was a coleslaw and that was old and not fresh. The rice and beans I got was runny and barely had any rice. Popeyes is not cheap. Besides completely getting my simple order wrong the quality of food is disappointing. The 3 tenders I did get were quite small. I don’t understand how this restaurant stays busy. I also pick up orders for delivery and there has been plenty of times they messed up orders and I got blamed as a driver. Seriously I had a taste for Popeyes and besides feeling ripped off I feel their quality control is not good. I haven’t even talked about customer service but in this instance the lady was nice while packing my order but I guess that was a lie. I will not be back both for personal orders and orders for these delivery apps.

Didn’t like the a manager with the glasses she always walking around like she mad at the world i came through drive through the food was fine and everything but she was rudely she cursed me out and call me dumb this is not the first time but I came in tonight witch it 1 27 26 the atmosphere was different tonight they did a good job shout out to the cook and team y’all did good tonight what ever manger was there tonight need to keep closing I like her attitude she much nicer then the one with glasses think I heard them say Tiffany and I ask what was the other manger name they said Tasha is the one with glasses

I ordered a 10piece with macaroni as you can see that was cooked this morning,it should have been gotten thrown away..the biscuits always be a little hard but today they were missing something in the mix they were scones..couldn’t eat 1 so I am wondering who the manager on duty today cause they need retraining serving garbage .coleslaw said 11am did they make it then is that what that mean..overall horrible I want all my money back..that wasn’t it..this placed sucked

Honestly, one of the worst Popeyes I’ve been to. I live in the area and it’s not the food. It’s literally the staff. Literally ordered a two piece combo yesterday and got the opposite of everything I ordered. They don’t pay attention and they don’t provide good customer service. The time before that they gave my food away to somebody else and had to remake it because they didn’t double check who ordered the food. This location definitely needs a better staff.

The lady taking my order had a nasty attitude from the moment we got to the window as if we’re bothering her. On top of that, the chicken wrap I ordered wasn’t even wrapped properly. It was sloppy, falling apart, and looked like no care was put into it. This location needs better customer service and more attention to food quality

I usually order online before I go to work! I like this establishment and the workers are always polite…but I just need my fries to hot when I order, lol! The chicken is always good, hot, and fresh…..but my fries !!! I eat those before I even touch the chicken!! But that’s all

Let me be clear and say that the front line workers did a fantastic job in trying to explain to me about how pick-up orders work. And was willing to let me get a fresh order. But the manager on duty came all out with his chest stuck out all rude. Talking about I have to keep the food. Cause now they have to throw it out. It was his whole delivery. He was just nasty as hell. As I told him his customer service is horrible. And that his staff talked better than him. He really needs to learn how to talk to people. He could have said everything he needed to say. Nastiest attitude I think I’ve ever seen from an older store manager

Worst Popeyes I’ve ever eaten at. The outside was beyond dirty. I didn’t want to eat here but we were tired and ready to get back to our hotel. Asked for spicy chicken but got mild instead. On top of that the it was dry and the biscuits were hard as bricks. And I didn’t even get eating utensils in my bag so but luckily I got some from the custodian at the hotel. Couldn’t even eat it. Corporate really needs to pay this place a surprise visit.
