We wanted to get a quick but good dinner. Appreciate the reasonableness of The prices: our dinner of steamed pork dumplings, fried pork and shrimp pot stickers, chicken dumplings in chicken broth, sliced cucumber salad, special fried rice, and a Fremont beer made for the restaurant chain — all for $52.

I went to Dough Zone with my husband, and it was such a great experience! We started off with the herbal tea, which was a nice touch.
The xiao long bao were amazing—so full of soup, yet the skin was super thin and didn’t break at all. I was impressed! Eating them the proper way with a soup spoon is definitely a must (haha).
The Q Bao (pan-fried dumplings) were also incredible. The bottoms were crispy and fragrant—I felt like I could eat a dozen of them!
It’s not just about dim sum here, either. They have a variety of side dishes, and I’m already planning to try more next time.
The restaurant was clean and had a fresh feel. You just mark what you want on the order sheet and hand it to the server—super easy. Service was smooth, and the prices were very reasonable.
Definitely coming back!

The staff were very friendly. We liked the noodles as well as the chicken and veg fried wontons. Will visit again to taste other items in the menu.

The food honestly was delicious. We ordered 3 types of dumplings but the wait time was crazy. Our order got put in at 0632pm and we didnt get our food till after 0700. It wasnt crazy busy to where theres a line of people waiting to get seated we actually got seated right after walking in. We wanted to order more but we couldn’t wait another 30-40+ minutes for dumplings so we ate, paid and left to another place to eat.

It was a mixed experience. Most of the food was ok, not special, not bad, just average.
The food didn’t feel best quality but we enjoyed ourselves. It was a good experience.
The hodt weren’t very helpful and didn’t speak good English, although the rest of the staff were very nice and kind. They have a system where you get a form to fill yourself what you want to eat. The tables felt a bit sticky to touch.

I love pan fried dumplings whether they are wontons or baos or pot stickers. Their pan fried items look attractive with the wide crispy side, but it’s actually not very crispy, and the side where the dough comes together was hard and crunchy, but not crispy. However, the stuffing inside tastes pretty. Could be better by being juicier though. Interior looks casual and clean.

The Dough is a classic dumpling and noodle restaurant with several locations in the greater Seattle and Bellevue areas. They offer a great selection of house made dumplings, wontons, buns and noodle dishes. This location serves everything quick and the servers are nice. I’ll say that the physical restaurant is not as nice as the other locations as it is in a small mall and lacks some fun and cleanliness. Also, I would not recommend the cucumber dish. Ours came out at room temperature and the sauce did not taste great.

Must go place for dumplings. Went on an early weekend dinner and got the table immediately. I ordered chicken steamed dumplings, soup dumplings, and potstickers. Each of them had 6 pieces and taste was awesome. Service was quick and the chili oil complimented the dumplings really well.
The ambience was nice and the location is super accessible too.
Overall recommended!!!

Fairly busy place even early in the evening. A quick scribble on the order sheet and a few minutes of wait and the warm delicious food was on the table. The wait staff aaa very busy and didn’t seem too thrilled to answer any questions on the menu. So a bit of a gamble on what we ordered, but all good.
saw people order frozen dumplings to take home. Will try those next time.
