My sister and I took my Mom out for her birthday lunch. We had the absolute best server (Tatum). She was warm, welcoming and had a wonderful sense of humor. When the manager checked to see if everything was good at our table, he also was super nice and very pleasant. I work in the service industry and I really appreciate being treated so good with such an amazing staff. They made our lunch that much more enjoyable.
The food was fantastic as well. We will definitely be back.

Arrived at the Gaylord Applebee’s around 1:30 Saturday January 17, 2026. There were people waiting to be seated but a lot of empty tables. Told the young girl at the front there were 4 of us and were told there would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Asked if we could wait in the bar and we’re told no. Asked why there was a wait and were given no answer. Very unfriendly and poor attitude considering this is the first person you are greeted by. Left and went to Lucky’s where we seated right away (and yes there were more customer’s in the restaurant) had a great meal and customer service. Would have been nice to have them tell us why we had to wait for a table when there were so many empty tables. A little appreciation and a thank you goes a long way. Will not return a lot of other places in Gaylord will appreciate my business more.

We always enjoy coming to this location. Great service and great food. Tonight was pasta night and we both had the chicken and andoille sausage penne and it was delicious!!!

We were seated immediately but waited 15 minutes until anyone came to our table. Food was cold when it arrived, and server took a phone call while waiting on tables. Horrible experience and we will not recommend to anyone.

A great place to eat. I tried their new burger with cheese sauce! It was really good. I think it’s called thr O omy burger…it comes in two halves surrounded by cheese sause.

Spent almost $80 and our experience was less than I would expect. Server dripped pop on my wife’s chair saw it and left it. Appetizer had a random noodle on the plate! When I pointed to the server he chuckled, no apology. No manager in site the whole time. Normally at Applebee’s we see them walking asking patrons if their experience was satisfactory.

the waitress had no idea of what she was doing first thing I got was a cup of coffee it’s was cold then I asked for boxes for our food which was quite a bit of food she brings me 4 tiny boxes I ask for something that we can fit our food in. she said I can give out bigger boxes so I ask to speak to the manager and she came back and told me the manager is to busy to talk to me at 8 pm on a Wednesday there was me my wife and one other older couple in the hole place.

I just want to shout out Alex I work in the restaurant industry and never have I seen a server who is so dedicated to her job. All of my drinks were filled on time she’s nice friendly and definitely knows how to surf her tables she deserves a raise immediately

Stopped here on the way home from vacation and our car side to-go order for our family of 5 was 100% correct, which in our experience,is very rare for most places nowadays. It was so nice to be able to enjoy the food we wanted without missing ingredients or mistakes!! All the food tasted great and the presentation was clean and appealing. Good portion sizes as well! Thank you!!
