Went through the drive through tonight, around 9:30pm, so it’s dark outside. Basically finished my drink on the drive home and once I got inside, I go for another sip and I see this in my cup. waddled up receipt paper? Pretty grossed out

Nice play place. They removed the soda fountain machines so you cannot refill your drink. They will give you a new cup and drink.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to Delga who helped me this weekend with my order. I’ve been trying to collect the Hello Kitty Kids Meal toys and Delga made it happen. She took the time to look through the boxes and find the one I needed! I’d come back anytime she’s working – she was very kind. This McDonald’s store was very clean inside snd was well kept. I don’t usually dine in, but made an exception – no disappointment at all! This location also has a play area for kids and there are wipes for them to sanitize as needed as well.
Great experience and will definitely be back!

I personally don’t like runny eggs. Ordered a round egg well done, was fine with pulling to a spot to wait. The young man that brought the food out to me was super friendly and professional. “Round egg, well done as you requested and said thank you.” It’s actually kind of rare for genuine good manners like this with drive up workers lately in my experience. Food was perfect as well. Wish I got his name to put it here. Great service. Thanks much!

The food was great. The service was fast however, the woman working the drive-through at 12:20 AM was extremely rude. We asked about the holiday menu to which she told us did not exist. She did not know what we were talking about and then finished the conversation rudely stating it started tomorrow However, the food was great. She was kind of scary.

The order taker really could use some work. They mumble and don’t pay attention. No one should have to repeat an order 3-4 times. The lady that took the order at 4:50pm today, is very poor at communicating. I said this is the fourth time, I’ve repeated my order, I talked slowly and clearly enunciated; this was followed by the women laughing on the headset. Just very sad to hear and see.

Stephanie the manager waited on me. Her service was wonderful as was the person who brought the food out to me. The place is very clean and the food was freshed and served very quickly!!! It was nice to have a pleasant enjoyable atmosphere here and to enjoy McDonald’s foods at their Best!!!

night worker (chubby, always wearing sweaters, tan skin, black – or dark brown hair – brown eyes.) is rude as hell. She always has an attitude and forgets an item every time i order. don’t know what’s going on in her personal life of course, but doesn’t mean take it out on hungry customers to feel better.

I had a very bad experience at this McDonald’s. The cashier called me “stupid” and laughed at me. The manager also sneered. I informed him that I’m allergic and they still put lettuce on my Big Mac, which caused me allergies. I have photos and the receipt. This behavior is unacceptable and dangerous.
