It was alright, we were hoping for more in every aspect. I ordered the new country fried steak; asked for it to be smothered & as you can see it wasn’t! It had been sitting under the heat lamp for a while- by the time it arrived what gravy was there turned into a jelly. That and service issues. Maybe it’ll be better next time!

Absolutely one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had.
The Coke was basically brown carbonated water. Our appetizer didn’t come out until the same time as our meals, which defeats the entire purpose of ordering an appetizer. Ironically, it was the only thing that was even remotely edible.
My steak came out severely overcooked. I sent it back and the replacement looked nothing like a steak and was completely inedible. At that point I just gave up trying to eat.
Then the real problem started — I was charged twice for the steak dinner. The waitress disappeared for about 30 minutes after saying she would fix it, came back with multiple contradictory explanations about why it couldn’t be refunded right away, and then refused to give me my receipt.
It has now been several days and the duplicate charge still hasn’t been refunded. I’ve tried calling multiple times and no one answers. I’ve reached out online and received no response.
Bad food, bad service, and now billing issues that the restaurant refuses to address. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Our server, Lizzy, boosted my confidence in humanity as far servers are concerned. She may be the savior of the restaurant industry. She is the absolute BEST!!! If you come to O’Charley’s, please do yourself a favor and set in her section. You will not regret it. The food was AWESOME!!! The atmosphere was AWESOME! We are already planning our next visit. So good. So good. So good. I just cannot say it enough. So good!

Service was slow and disorganized. The appetizer came out with the entree. Steak was not cooked as ordered. They redid the steak but charged us double… for the price the food was not quality. Lots of better options nearby.

Brought my family down from Louisville to eat here. Front desk folks were kind and sat us immediately. Only t or 6 other tables full in the entire restaurant. Ordered our food and the folks who ordered salads didn’t get theirs until after the meal came. As soon as the food was sat on the table they brought us our check. We had several “regulars” sitting around us staff calling them by name and they definitely got the attention. Our glasses say empty while regulars never got past half empty. The portion sizes are so small!!! A side of broccoli is 5 florets! My 35lb 5 year old who NEVER finishes a full meal finished off her entire meal and we had to stop and get her a happy meal on the way back because she was still hungry. $80 for nursing home quality food is atrocious. Definitely not O’Charlie’s we remember.

We came on Valentines Day at 5:00, in Elizabethtown. We walked right in and got seated. It took about 20-30 for someone to even come to our table. We got our drinks and ordered. Then it took 10 minutes to get rolls. Then 20 minutes to get our meal.
We got a Sirloin, Baked Potatoe and Mac-n-cheese. The Sirloin was tough and Baked Potatoe tasted like it was Microwaved.
Also got the Club Sandwich and Fries. The fries were too salty.
I won’t say it was the worst but definitely will not be back.

Very good ! I love their honey boom boom sauce that goes with the chicken tenders. It is to die for. That Mac and cheese with the tenders is amazing too! The burger was good and it tasted like a steak burger. I did not dine in, but got uber delivery. I will say the first time I was missing sauce that I paid for, and the second time over half my order was missing due to a mix up, but they made it up by hand delivering for me ! The food was warm and presentation was beautiful. They definitely went above and beyond to fix the mess up ,since they typically don’t deliver, but I certainly appreciated it. Shout out for great customer service to their team as well when I call to ask about my Uber orders! They are always friendly.

Good place to stop on our way to Florida. Bartender was personable and the manager was very enjoyable to talk with. Only negative would be we had to ask for clean silverware and glasses. They were quick to fix the problem.

Where we were seated, there was a cool breeze like they had the air conditioning on instead of needed heat. The server started out great and then disappeared, we had to ask for the dinner rolls after our food came out one plate at a time, I had my food for about ten minutes before my guest got theirs. The rolls shrunk they were way tinier than before covid. The person who brought out food was not a happy camper. She frowned a lot. My guest’s soup was the loaded potato, and it was cold and disgusting looking and just a big bowl of chemicals. Just a few bits of potato. My pimento cheese sandwich was gross. It was panini grilled with bacon and pickles, YUCK! Temperature hot pimento cheese, in this case, was not good at all. The bacon looked old and tasted like cardboard. No bacon taste at all. However, chicken tortilla soup was delicious! The server disappeared for a long while. She did take the loaded potato soup off of the receipt. Needless to say, my guest left hungry. We couldn’t stay any longer when asked if he wanted anything else because our lunch break was about to be over with.
