Super tasty burgers! The fries are also great. I love the onion dipping sauce. There’s lots of seating space and they can accommodate large groups. The unlimited refill drinks are always nice and they let you get a to go cup. One of my favorite to go burger place while driving by to Portland. The drinks on tap are also decent. Super highly recommend the place!

Very busy and everyone was super friendly. Great knowledgeable staff. Menu was inviting. Tap selection actually had an amber and wasn’t full of IPA’s. Food was to go so I’ll review later. Hopefully can’t go wrong with a 4″ mini burger.
Burger was huge! Cooked to perfection loaded with veggies and secret sauce. Best burger in a long time. The coated french fries were a real treat too. Correct proportion too. Not overloaded.

While our server was very up beat. Everything was fine until she came up and asked if she could cash us out because they were sending her on a break. She said we could have been transferred to a new server but she made us kind of feel cashing out early was the best option. We hadn’t even recieved our food yet, just drinks and apps. Luckily she brought our food prior to her break. But no one checked on us after that. Im assuming because she had us pay already. Ive never had a server do that before and won’t ever let that happen again because we were forgotten about during our entire meal. NO ONE came and checked in at all. I thought this was a bit odd. What if we wanted more drinks or dessert? That was the case but since we no longer had a server we just left.

VERY VERY disappointed in this new place we tried last night. Had the tomato basil sandwich with totes. I ate half and traded my other half with a family member for a wrap that was supposed to have “hop n drop sauce” spread. Where? Had to ask a different waitress for a sauce cup of it. Ours was stretched too thin and was at a nearby table for over 15 minutes. Sauce must been made by someone who worked at burgerville in the past. The restaurant was packed. Very nice inside and lots of tv’s to watch the NBA finals.
So they make their own chips. Proud of these they are. A couple of family members had some with their order. I tried them and gotta say VERY GOOD. SALTED to perfection. So I order some to go. Let me tell you NEVER EVER ORDER THEM TO GO SEE PICS.

This place was such a pleasant surprise! We went to eat because it was close by, but we were so impressed by it. The food was delicious, fries and tots were so yummy! Kids loved their kids meals, Mac & Cheese and Cheeseburger were a hit! Our waitress was honest in her recommendations, so friendly, and the vibe outside was so nice. Would definitely return when we’re in town again.

We like the food here. On our last trip we noticed the plate the potato chip nachos were served on was a different shape. It’s usually a rectangle in this time it was round and definitely felt like it was a smaller portion. It still tasted great. We ordered a clam chowder which was 99% potatoes and very little liquid. The barbecue chicken salad was a little weird. The chicken was square and my lettuce definitely had rust on it. I wouldn’t order that again. The steakhouse burger was excellent as always . If you don’t like a very pink middle, you might want to tell them because that’s how it will come. Bathroom is clean and the service was fast and friendly. I feel like their prices have definitely gone up a significant amount that is not really proportionate with their quality, but that being said, we will still be eating there, because we just love those potato chip nachos!

Stopped by Hops & Drops at 9pm on a Friday night after the ballgame at Volcanos Stadium. Nice enough restaurant, lots of menu choices. I was in the mood for a specialty mac n cheese and paid full price for it because it unfortunately wasn’t on the Happy Hour menu. I think that next time I’ll stick to the HH menu.
The service was terrific, very friendly and attentive. The food was tasty and served hot. I chose Tony’s mac n cheese; it’s topped with a small amount of pulled pork and BBQ sauce and comes in a round cast iron skillet. The BBQ sauce topping had a little kick to it. I didn’t care for the grilled flatbread; it was dry and didn’t have much taste.
Enjoyed one beer and with tip my tab came to almost $40. That’s too much for one beer and a not-too-big portion of mac n cheese with a touch of meat.
The cost is my only complaint, but I go out enough to know that it’s the same everywhere. I enjoyed Hops & Drops but will probably not return.

Seriously, this was the best chicken sandwich I have ever had. I asked them to swap the cheddar for Swiss, which made it even better. The chicken was juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked perfectly, and the sandwich was balanced and satisfying from start to finish. The fries were just as impressive, with a crispy exterior, soft interior, and spot-on seasoning. Honestly, one of the best fries I have ever had. This place is now my go-to whenever I want a top-tier sandwich and a side that actually delivers.

We just got in the car and I couldn’t wait to leave a review! Best service I’ve had in such a long time! Darcie D was amazing in every single way! My son is handicap and she was extremely kind and patient. We got a complimentary house chips with garlic ranch that were delicious (since it was our first time). Darcie recommended the mozzarella sticks that are house made and they didn’t disappoint. She also recommended the western burgers that are not frozen. My husband and I both got it. Delicious!!! My kids got the kids Mac n cheese and chicken strips. Both were dancing all the way to the parking lot they were so happy! Thanks! It really meant the world to have people treat us kindly. I can’t thank you enough for making my family feel welcomed. I will come back and tell everyone about it. Good was all amazing and out quick. Darcie was fast to get us refills and always had a smile on her face even though they were slammed. Thanks Darcie!!!
