Everything on the menu should be a dollar if they are going to run this location this way. Service was rude, order was wrong, no napkins and no ketchup. Had to circle the block to get the rest of our order. This is fast food people, Im not asking for much but if im spending money on a garbage chicken sandwhich meal then the least you can do is give me a ketchup for my fries and a napkin. We waited 20 min in line and at the window I cant even get a hello, I get a bag without my entire order a watered down coke and a “have a good night” the job isnt done sweetie. Train your staff better mcdonalds, how much money does it take to put a napkin in a bag.

Literally the worst mcdonalds ive ever been to. Ordered though the app and the line for the drive through was 7 cars long on both lanes. I get its a saturday and its busy but stayed in line with no movement from the cars for 10 mins, so i decided to go inside since i ordered through the app. Apparently even though they had my food done and was waiting i still had to go through the drivethrough….craziness. this is also after me waiting 10 mins at the counter before someone finally came up to ask if i needed help. Just to find out i had to wait in the drive through lane again…i get it i deserve thag i suppose but the service was horrendous here and i am guessing it is because they are severely understaffed and overworked. Nothing against the employees there but their management or owners are absolutely atrocious. Ive also been sitting at this drive through for 30 mins after waiting 10 mins in line and 10 mins inside so 50 mins at mcdonalds so far and counting!! If i didnt pay already through the app i would have left by now….not making that mistake again.

I ordered a chocolate shake from McDonald’s because it’s one of my favorite drinks. I waited about 20 minutes for my shake, I went to the counter to ask about my order and finally got it. I was very disappointed with the quality of the drink. When I took a sip, all I could taste was syrup and sugar. It was way too sweet. I felt terrible knowing I had spent my last $5 on this drink. It made me feel sick, it tasted so bad. When I looked at the bottom of my drink, I just saw dark chocolate syrup. It was beyond sugary. Each sip made me hope it would taste better, but it didn’t. All I was drinking was syrup. If a child had this drink, they could gain weight, have a higher risk of diseases like diabetes, and damage their teeth and gums.

This location has some of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. A young woman with blonde hair and a slender build used profanity toward me when I asked for two sauces that were missing from my order, which included three meals with nuggets. This behavior was completely unwarranted and unacceptable in any customer service setting. I do not recommend this location.

My friend & I went through the drive through and ordered two orders at approximately 10:40ish pm. They pull us up to the third window, we had no issues, everyone up until this point was wonderful – then, a white girl (we didn’t get a name) comes up and asks us, “you had the quarter pounder with cheese?” To which my friend in the driver’s seat said “yes, we ALSO had the 20 pc nugget, 2 large fries, mcdouble & cheeseburger”, EMPHASIS ON ‘ALSO.’ She walked off before we could once again reiterate we had 2 orders, a guy comes up and hands us our food no issue. We say “is the quarter pounder in here as well?” just in case, and he asks the same girl from before, to which she raises her voice where we can hear her THROUGH THE WINDOW, “I JUST ASKED THEM IF THEY HAD THAT AND THEY SAID NO.” Incorrect. Everyone else was pleasant except for her, and all we had for the second order was just that one quarter pounder. I hope whoever runs this McDonald’s doesn’t tolerate that kind of behavior and attitude.

Me and my friend came and got breakfast around 8am and she got a caramel frappe, after waiting for a while she went and asked if it was ready . This white girl said she would go make it and walked off. After 10 more minutes she walked back up to see if it was ready where another employee said they’d go see what was going on with it. We sat down and the white girl walks up to us and says i already told u i can’t make the frappe so get smth else very rudely to then my friend ordered a mocha and they brought her a caramel frappe with literally half the cup being whip cream and the frappe was only ice and was not even attempted to be blended.

I wouldn’t be as bothered if I hadn’t had a great experience at the other locations. From the moment our order was taken on the speaker box to us getting our food (which was incorrect) it just was not pleasant. The lady on the speaker box was not listening to us give our order at all, she had to ask about one single drink 4 different times and it was still rung in incorrectly from the receipt.
At the window, the girl there was leaning back towards the window just on the wall. The girl that gave us our food was the only person that seemed to somewhat care that there were people there lol.
We did not receive sauce, straws, and the burger was made incorrectly, and what is this thing with McDonald’s not filling the cups up all the way. Just overall unpleasant 🙂

Dakota was great at handling the issue his team caused, Ashleigh however was very mean very rude and very unkind. She was demeaning, telling out I’m not dealing with this when I was polite I’ve worked in restaurants and kitchens before I also deal with elderly care… She rolled her neck.. they didn’t want to make my order. I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins had the receipt to prove it… Then told me her team couldn’t make the order. The McDonald’s app doesn’t give options for refunds, not to my knowledge at least. I asked for the equivalent of what I paid for, she threw Dakota off on me. My kids were hungry, I don’t understand why she’s being mean and why I can’t just get what I paid for or the equivalent.. All they asked for were hash browns. Order went in at 10:20 sat in drive thru til 10:45 before I decided to go in after having a confrontational worker, Ashley.. an older couple came out same issue very upset no refund for them no food either. Another lady picking up an order was upset, no respite for her order and staff just twiddling their fingers talking crap about their customers. Ashleigh was the ring leader of bad attitudes. Cut the bad apple before it infects you’re whole company. Dakota deserves a raise. Amidst all this chaos I never once was offered a manager she was just sitting in her chair in the back giving orders. NEVER HAVE I GIVEN OR RECEIVED THIS KIND OF BAD SERVICE AT A MCDONALD’S AND IM FROM MONTGOMERY AL. THAT SAYS A LOT!! I still want my refund.

Slooooooow service. I saw 20 minutes to get breakfast at curbside. Nobody came out. I walked in and they hadn’t started on my order. About a dozen people working. No apology. No care in the world. So much for “fast” food. Oh and the link they put on these comments to “look into it” means absolutely nothing. McDonald’s could care less about customer service or fixing issues.

Absolutely horrible experience with their staff and manager. I waited almost 30 minutes in the drive-thru line because they can’t keep their damn employees stay in the kitchen longer than 5 minutes without a smoke break. I put in my breakfast order at 10:28 AM and had to wait until it was almost 11 AM because the line wasn’t moving and I already had paid. By the time I got to the first window, the girl working the kiosk handed me a receipt and told me it’s almost 11 so they can’t serve me breakfast and I can go talk to the manager about it if I wanted. I went in to the store and spoke with the manager who just told me there’s nothing they’ll do about it.
