This KFC is located at intersection of RT 114 and Carlisle Pike, highly visible. I’m surprised during this Wednesday dinner hour there was only 1 old couple dining! OK, there were 2 people and 1 person doing the take-out order. But I’d expect more.
I read some horrible reviews here at Yelp after my visit. Gees, I was lucky my experience wasn’t bad at all. I made a mobile order on my phone. After getting there, I only had to wait 5 more minutes after they acknowledged my name. I got the Taste of KFC 2 pc Deal: 1 drum, 1 back, 1 biscuit, and 1 mashed potato for $6.99; and I used a promo code to get a 3-Chicken Tender Box (with small fries and a biscuit) for free ($5.99 value). So far so good.
As for the food, chicken tasted good though greasy and the back piece had very little meat. Fries were salty. Biscuit was great but could be bigger. Overall, not too bad at all. I would come again if there’s another good offer.

We sat in the drive through for at least 5 minutes and then they had us pull around the building because something wasnt done, we were there for another 10 minutes. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to go through a fast food drive through. When we got the food it was hot but the chicken was soggy and the frie container was half full. Won’t be going back there.

Update: Went there today and the food received was so disappointing; the chicken was spoiled with a smell; I had to throw all 8 pieces away; cole slaw was dry and old, all the sides I threw away; if you care your health then be cautious, instead of moving up to a 4 I have changed it to a 1. I will never return. Old post: I gave a 3 but they have the potential to be a 4; at times the chicken has been excellent; the Cole slaw fresh and the biscuits just the right soft and crispy, the mash potatoes and macaroni and cheese was made just right, then there were times when the chicken and Cole slaw was dry, the mash potatoes was like soup and the macaroni and cheese gave me the runs, and times when I received a bucket of grease that when you open the bucket you immediately state WTH!!! My assumption is not being able to hire excellent employees or managers but that’s just a guess because as initially stated there have been times it was excellent. I’m cutting back on fast food for the moment to lose weight but in the future I will visit this location again and provide an update. So mote it be.

Went in through drive thru to grab a quick late dinner. They didn’t have tenders to do the one meal I wanted. But they more than made up for it with a friendly staff and environment. Definitely would stick with this over raising canes dry tenders

I walked in here because I know my girl work here Hannah which you ever come here have her serve you I love her anyway this other girl tried to help me I said no hon don’t worry about it I’m going to have Hannah check me out since I always wanted to talk to her I guess are name is yammi or something like that anyway she gave me complete attitude all because I didn’t let her take my order but other then that highly recommend my girl Hannah 🙂

Time was excessive. Excited for fresh tenders though. No comeback sauce. And the tenders are the saddest tenders I’ve ever seen. Like the got a light seasoned batter… this was the last time for me here, as it never changes, as much as I want it.

Horrible service tried to place an order at the drive-through sat there for 10 minutes. No one answered, pulled up to the window. The man behind the window told me he was the manager and I needed to go back around and go to the speaker to get an order. If I did not have my Grandson in the car, I would never have went back around. This man was so rude and obnoxious, and he was upset because other people pulled up to the window like I did.

Update: I stood there for 10 minutes. I was acknowledged by an employee. But he went back to talking with the lead. I had to ask repeatedly for sporks. Not a good experience for a slow part of the day and only 1 other customer.

I went to this KFC location and waited at the counter for about 10 minutes. Nobody came to greet me or take my order — the staff completely ignored me. I finally gave up and left without ordering. Terrible customer service and no respect for customers’ time.

The place is filthy, and the staff is lazy. Tried to order by door dash to hotel. The order was refused. Decided to drive to this location, maybe there was no driver available? Got to this location and placed the same order. The Psycho in the kitchen yells “I already declined that order online.” It was dinner time, and he was refusing to make more chicken. I wanted original recipe and all they had was extra crispy. OK, fine, give me that, it was so obvious a man that was behind me in line wished me luck as I was just trying to get some service and my food. AVOID THIS PLACE.
