Why is mobile ordering pushed so much by McDonald’s if you’re gonna have to pull to the next window and still have to wait for your food even though a mobile order was placed? Wasn’t even a complicated or special order. Then my food was warm at most. If I had to wait shouldn’t it be fresh?

One star for the mean-ness. They really don’t need to be this way. I have been picking up my coffee ordered through the app for almost 2 months now at drive-thru. This morning. I make one mistake and see my pick up for the counter and they could not give it to me at the drive-thru. On top of it, they kept me waiting at the counter and snickered at me while I waited. I explained to the person who gave me my coffee that I am there every single day (they do after all recognize me) but one situation where they could not make the switch for me while I’m on my way to work told me how they really feel about customer loyalty. Clearly they are mean people and don’t care—just like they probably won’t care about this negative review. I get that they are celebrating that their sales are high, but they should stop having an attitude about that because truly for them it’s all about location, location, location, and here with 3.5 stars and getting lower— believe me people will end up going to a different location and those employees may not be sitting on top with those high sales for very long — in a nutshell if one mistake on my part can turn them into jerks even after daily loyalty of their restaurant than one bad experience. I have with them can lead to a one star review. I’m sure there are many more out there who experienced this. My next correspondence will be to the corporate office.

Thank you ERIC, he is very friendly, nice attitude and had a smile on his face, while assisting us on drive through. You hired a good staff member, he is great at his job. Have a wonderful day ERIC. Oh, I would of given 5 stars. The fries we were old and my burger was made wrong and the nuggets weren’t fresh. I attended at 12/28 at around 12:20ish.

Ordered off of Doordash many times, would always give me less ranches than what I ordered, even if I order a bunch, nuggets and fries quality are extremely inconsistent, and their phone is conveniently always busy every time I try and call to complain. Considering this place seems to have poor customer service across the board seeing other reviews, it’s best to just order from a different store.

I would give this place no stars if I could. Put in an online order at 3:45, arrived BEFORE 4am and was told to wait 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I was told they’re no longer serving burgers and I’ll be issued a refund within 72 hours. I have had repeated issues with this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE, YOU WILL NOT ONLY REGRET IT, YOU WILL WANT TO CHOKE THE EMPLOYEES

I’m a milkshake lover and always order them. In other McDonald’s locations, they’re more or less okay — drinkable. But at this particular place, I don’t know what happened — they made it so incredibly sweet that it was unbearable. It tasted like pure sugar syrup. My throat and tongue felt like they were sticking together from how sweet it was. It was impossible to drink — I couldn’t even finish half of it and had to throw it away.

I would avoid this one if you are thirsty… I give this mcdonalds 2 stars only because it is unusually clean and looks nice. I only wanted a 6 piece nuggets and a large drink, but I chose the $5 meal because it cost slightly less. However, I ordered the spicy chicken, and they gave me the McChicken, no barbecue sauce (had to go ask for it … in addition to getting the chicken corrected),and they gave me a kids cup for the drink. When I questioned tge guy, he justified it by pointing out is says small on the cup … yea, it’s a small orange juice cup. All the other mcdonalds give you the correct small cup for soda! Check out my picture of what the poster says you get for the drink versus the picture of what I actually got. I don’t think mcdonalds us going to lure their clientele back with false advertising of the $5 Meal and then gyping us out of 1.5 inches of soda … do you?

The employee lied to me when I ask him for straws. He said “its in the bag” so I trusted him and left turns out there were no straws. Didn’t he make the ice coffee right take old. Ask for the French fries to be well done the fries were cold. The store needs to work with the employees about good communication and services. Because this is the worst mcdonald’s. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
