I only come to this McDonalds because it’s close to my house, if not I wouldn’t. I stopped after school to grab something for my daughter through the drive-through and the lady was rushing me to order & then totaled me out before I could finish & was gone. Get to the window (had to add my fries) and was asked to pull forward, 15 minutes later my food (2 chicken sandwiches & a med fry) comes out but NO frappe. Another 10 minutes goes by so I end up going inside & then they want to make it! It shouldn’t take 25 minutes & me having to go inside to get my full order plus No “hey sorry about that” or nothing. I called corporate to file a complaint so we’ll see how long it takes them to call me back! Just ridiculous!!!

Made a pit stop here on our way out of town. Super cute interior, clean bathroom, and good fries. Needed more mayo on the McChicken, it was a little dry.

Showed up to pick up my mobile order. There were no cars in drive through so I thought it would be quick. I sat at drive through for over 4 mins with no one acknowledging me so I pulled up to first window and no one was there. Pulled up to second window and 2 employees looked at me like I was disturbing them. When one of them finally opened the window she didn’t say a word and just awkwardly stared at me making me feel uncomfortable. I told her my code and when she handed me my food still didn’t say a word and closed the window. I noticed she forgot my straw and I had to wait for her to come back open the window hand me a straw without saying anything with a look on her face of disgust. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for over 20 years and have spend thousands of dollars here. I’ll be going to the one on Reilly rd from now on.

This McDonald’s is at Good Middling Dr. or Rd. I ordered the McCrispy meal, extra pickles & fresh fries. After I paid, the drive-thru girl asked if I wanted a receipt. I didn’t remember why she said she couldn’t print me one. I asked if I could get one at the second window. She said she’d have to go up front to do it because the other others didn’t know how. I told her not to worry about it as long as my order was correct. I should’ve known better not to give them the benefit of the doubt! ♀️. The chicken was not crispy & it was overcooked. They only gave me 3 pickles. The fries were kind of hot, but not cold. The best thing in the order was the drink, coke. McDonald’s coke is always on point!

This McDonald’s is my go to spot since its 3 minutes from my home. People are nice and friendly. Only thing that needs to be better is that they need more personnel. I had decided to grab something to eat there on 10/29/25 and me and my husband saw that the drive thru line was so long they had at least 10 cars waiting and we decided to go inside and order there since we thought it would be faster. But they had a line of people there too. It did not bother us too much and we placed an order online, the wait was 17 minutes and we were missing our fries when we went inside. While they were helping us they were scrambling to get everyone’s orders together. They were trying to do as much as they could with the amount of people they had. And this McDonalds is on my way home, almost every night there is a long line in the drive thru, i think it would definitely be very helpful and efficient if there were more employees.

Don’t expect much, I ordered a double cheeseburger with extra onion. I recieved a mc-double with cheese and no onion at all with a sticker on it that says Double Cheeseburger Xtra onion, management clearly hires people that dont know how to read.

My food was disgusting. My fries were cold and my nuggets were dry and hard. When I got home I also discovered that I was missing a 10 piece nugget went back to get it to only get something worst so I wasted gas and still didn’t have decent food to eat. Called back this morning only to get a manager who claimed they couldn’t give their name over the phone which was a lie. This place has rude management, nasty food, and liars as workers. Im never going back to this location again.

Something is always missing anytime we order food either for delivery or go through the pick up line. This time it was 2 entire happy meals and a mcchicken. And of course straws. Which was for mcdelivery. The entire point of getting and PAYING for a delivery food service is so you dont have to go and pick up the food… My husband called to see if there was anyway to have the remaining items delivered or what needed to happen , the manager (i assume) gets an attitude with him and hangs up. Dont get rude with someone for your screw up. Claiming she’s “under staffed”. Thats not our problem.

I hate how long this McDonald’s takes. I had to stop coming to this location and rather drive a bit further to go somewhere else because literally every single time I come thru the drive-thru they always make me wait and its like 10-15 minutes. And its very simple orders like a chicken sandwich and fries. Other then that, how is the food cold if they’re already taking this long

We visited this McDonald’s after stopping at another location in Raeford, NC, which was only accepting cash — no debit or credit cards. Since we were on our way to see Soul on Fire at a theater in Fayetteville, we decided to grab a quick bite here.
Right away, the drive-thru experience was frustrating. As we pulled up, the staff listed off at least three menu items they were out of. They also mentioned being out of soda. The only drinks available were water and sweet tea. Unbelievable.
I ordered a Double Filet-O-Fish and, despite already waiting a while, was asked to pull forward. I waited patiently, but it took so long that I ended up circling around again to check in. I was told it would be out soon — but it still took a full 20 minutes, and I finally received my sandwich at 7:02 PM.
By the time we got to the theater, all the seats for Soul on Fire, an inspirational film we were looking forward to, were sold out except for the very front row. What’s more, the only parking spot left without a long walk was one where a vehicle with the tag “80 A” was pulling out — oddly enough, right in front of the One Battle After Another movie display. I just found that… peculiar.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The missing items, long wait, and poor coordination, made an already not so good experience more stressful than it needed to be.
