I’ve given this Chipotle multiple chances, and every visit has been worse than the last. On 2/19, I stood in line for 15 minutes only to find out they were out of almost everything — no rice, no meat, no chips. I even heard an employee tell another customer that the chips were “only for online and DoorDash orders.”
I went back tonight hoping things had improved. Same situation, different day. No steak, no brown rice, no fajita vegetables, and the employee kept listing more items they didn’t have. I ended up leaving because it was ridiculous.
A few weeks ago, I placed a mobile order and my beans were ice cold — not lukewarm, but refrigerator cold.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the Murrysville location is consistently stocked, the workers listen, and the experience is actually smooth. If they can run a Chipotle correctly, there’s no excuse for this location to be this chaotic every single time.

Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was not very busy. My food was good but not the best I’ve ever had. I tried the honey chipotle chicken it was very good. I got chips with my bowl and to my surprise when I opened it there was just a clump of twenty chips stuck together and they were all mushy. Wouldn’t they have seen this when they put the chips into the bag?? Everything else tasted good though. The food area seemed very clean and all items were fully stocked. The drink and napkin area was very dirty and messy. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting

Shut it down!! Cold steak, cold rice. The freshly shredded cheese was warmer than anything else. The queso was as thick as cement. Employees were miserable. Cared more about prep than taking care of guests. 7 people ahead of me in line and over 25 minutes for one burrito. I would like a district manager to contact me.

I take passion in the reviews I spend my time writing. I try to be honest, informative, and genuine. With that being said, if I could rate a (-5) I wouldn’t think twice. This establishment is absolute trash. The employees, sanitation, cleanliness, overall experience, complete trash. The level of unacceptability is truly hard to grasp. The facility was a disaster of smells and trash. Garbage scattered across the entire floor, overflowing trash leaking onto the floor, and a restroom that reminded me of what you would expect to find in a fraternity during a Friday night raider. 90% of the food was out, whatever was left was so far burnt and crusted to the sides of the stainless containers. Employees on duty were ignorant, careless, and resembled juvenile delinquents. Please don’t make the same mistake I did, do not patronize this establishment. Your time is much more valuable spent elsewhere.

Easily one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve experienced in a long time. Like so many of the recent complaints about Chipotle’s dwindling portion sizes, rude or disengaged employees, higher prices, and extremely dirty stores…this is just another to toss on the top of the burning dumpster fire.
How would I rate the food? Edible, but far from enjoyable.
How would I rate the guest experience? Underwhelming and inefficient. (The staff ran out of honey Chipotle chicken and held up an entire line of customers while they cooked chicken for ONE guest.)
How would I rate the store? Well, I think it would make a cockroach cringe. Dirty would be far too kind of an adjective. Worst of all, multiple employees walked past the dirty mess and food left on tables in the dining room without even attempting to clean while nobody was being served on the line. One employee even sat down next to the mess on a break and didn’t even bat an eye at garbage everywhere.

First of all, this bowl is drenched is mystery sauce i didn’t ask for. rice is congealed and sticky, and salty as all get out. Also, i ordered extra white rice and got like half a scoop. No forks, trash all over the drink station, no lids for the drinks, and the service was god awful.

Order to pick up. Got there after it said it was ready. Had two different staff ask me for my name, then, when they saw my order wasn’t ready, they just walked away and didnt tell me another. 20 mins after it said my order was ready, I got my order. Then, I get back to work because I was on my lunch break. Open the bag, completely wrong order. Lazy service. Feel bad for the other guy who got his order wrong because I got his order.

I walked into a flood. The snow melted and nobody cleaned it. I waiting in line in a flood for 15 minutes. I asked for a bowl, and they were out of bowls. I ordered chips and when I checked out I didn’t get my chips. I asked the cashier for my chips and he said that “you didn’t order chips.” I did order chips but he said I have to order them from him. So I did as he said just for him to say “we’re out of chips.” I went to get forks for the meal and they were out of forks.
Another experience I had I ordered an online pickup. Long story short I waited over an hour in half for my food. I showed them my code and they never got the order. This place was filled with people waiting over an hour for their food. They didn’t accept in person orders and only let DoorDash or online orders. The place was a mess with only 3 people working. Employee swearing in disgust. He was rightfully upset he did his best.
This place is usually pretty bad and some of the workers are rude. You can see some in the back slacking off and not doing their job. This place is usually pretty slow and they are always out of something, whether it’s food or forks or bowls etc. Not saying everyone there is bad but their service in generally is pretty horrible. Easily the worst chipotle in the world. At least the worst that I have been to. And of course it’s the closest near my house. Thanks for reading. This isn’t the only bad experience but I decided to send in this one.

Usually big fan today not even close.placed order online as usual and picked up.. ordered chips and guacamole got literally 17 chips yes I counted. The steak in my bowl all but 6 pieces were either pure fat or so hard I couldn’t bite into it. There was less than half a serving of rice in both bowls ordered and they couldn’t even take the time to mash up the avocado I had 3 huge slices in mine. Not happy with this visit at all

Not very clean. This place is a freaking joke. It started to get better back in march and april but since then its gotten worse. EVERY time you come in here there is only ONE person making burritos. So SLOW!!!! No matter who it is they are super slow. And if you do am online order its almost never ready on time. Even though right now im counting at least 4 other people here working all joning aroung behind the wall, Seriously stop hiring LAZY people. Everyone moves like they are in slow motion
