Whoever taking orders rude for no reason. You don’t like your job get a new one. It’s called customer service either talk to people with respect or quit. Tell the employee I’m ordering on the app with one person and I have to put my order in and she goes next time have your order ready when you pull up!
Get rude back and she gonna apologize after saying she short staffed. That doesn’t change the way you treat your customers!
Always something at this McDonald’s.

Building looks great but horrible food! Burger came out just with ketchup and 1 slice of pickle. Waited 10min for it. Meat tasted like wet cardboard. Also none of milkshake or ice cream machines worked. But if you want to go see what the original McDonald’s locations used to look like back in the 1950s, then this is the spot. It has the original logo and the original golden arches! Just don’t come here for the food.

Closed an hour early for no reason no warning, someone waa eating inside but both doors were locked. Lady came and said only mobile and drive thru. I ordered mobile and waited for my food. I got a bundle box and asked for sauce with two of my friends and he only gave one. My friend asked if he could have one two and he said “No. One. ” he said “are we supposed to share? ” considering it was a bundle box meant to feed five people or more. The worker made this disgusted face with attitude and then said “yes, one” and held one finger up which seemed very condescending. Horrible service. Attitude from all the workers from night shift and I understand if it was right before closing but it was about an 1hr and 20 min from closing.

Sat at the drive through speaker for over 20 min. Finally decided to pull up and talk to somebody since they weren’t using the speaker. Little girl told me I had to order from the speaker and had to get back in line…..LOL. I just left. ZERO customer service.

The Spanish ladies in the morning are very rude. They cannot properly understand English, therefore they get your order wrong and then when you try to modify it at the window, they tell you you have to go back around. The night shift is extremely rude. Went to order food and half of the menu was out. I’ll let the lady in the drive-through now and she told me there’s nothing she can do about that with an attitude then when I got to the window and wanted to add something because I couldn’t see the menu originally she told me that I would have to go around.. Ask the manager what she had multicolored nails on with his hair in a ponytail. He listened to my complaint and simply said that was their policy and closed the window. Very uncomfortable place to go very rude food isn’t that good customer service sucks. Stop eating McDonald’s anyway

My local McDonald’s is already stealing pieces from the customer. I was excited to order first thing this morning and I’ve been peeling at this just to find out this is the back part and they already took my game piece it hasn’t even been 24hrs into monopoly season and it already starts. I really can’t rate anything else but we ordered two double bacon quarters meals not only was both burger raw. I missing a large fry, McDouble, and they gave me the wrong milkshake it was suppose to be strawberry for both and I ended up with a strawberry and vanilla. To me a milkshake is whatever. But Honestly I don’t know what is going on with this place but the amount of money spent here it wasn’t cheap. our food should have been cooked properly this is sad we both could have ended up with food poisoning and Thank goodness my kids were not here for the weekend dinner. We usually do once in awhile. that Is all I needed before going to work an ER visit. And when I say that my SO ended up eating half of his before noticing it was raw. I really hope he doesn’t end up in the hospital or severely sick because of this.

Accessible bathroom stall got me excited! There’s room to transfer from a wheelchair to the toilet—didn’t block it with a trash can. And then… the motion sensor lights turned off and wouldn’t turn on because I guess I took too long. Like two minutes was too long. Roll under sink is nice. Dryers far from the sink = would have to wheel with wet hands.
