Food often sits out and looks like it has not been rotated the way it should be. They charge extra for guacamole, but the batch I saw was brown throughout and looked unappetizing. I was told it was oxidation, but oxidation should only affect the top layer, not the entire container.
The overall cleanliness is unacceptable. The kitchen area looks dirty, trash bins are overflowing, food is scattered around, and tables are frequently left with dirty dishes. The dining area is consistently filthy, and I end up wiping tables down myself so my family can sit. At this point, it feels like I should be paid for doing the staff’s job. This is not a one-time issue, it happens every visit.
I am not sure what management is doing here, but I do know this place is not worth the price. Save your money and go somewhere else.
We had a great experience at the Chipotle in Pueblo! Fast service and delicious! The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and our food was fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant was clean and well maintained, making it a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. Everything was prepared just the way we ordered — a solid stop for a tasty, satisfying bite in Pueblo!
No matter what city or state Chipotle never disappoints!
Is it Mexican food?
OH NO! NOT AT ALL but was it decently flavored? Yeah. It was good.
I had really high expectations about this place from others so I may be a bit unfair, it just wasn’t what I heard all about.
The servers so wear gloves me
The same ones they would answer the phone with to cleaning up the counters to keeping them to serve the food so what exactly is the point of wearing them???… I guess it looks good to someone not paying attention.
The big question one might inquire…
Will I go back?
That answer is yes.
I’m warming the truck up as I type to go grab a chicken quesadilla. So I must not be completely disappointed.
The beef burrito I got the last time was almost $17 making the prices a bit disappointing though with the small(er) size of it.
I placed an online order thinking it would save time. Instead, I stood around for 20 minutes past the “ready” time while the staff moved with the urgency of a sloth on vacation. When I finally got my bowl, it was practically a crime scene. I paid for a full meal, but what I received was a shallow layer of rice and a “scoop” of protein that looked more like a garnish.
It’s a consistent pattern here: they are stingy with the ingredients like they’re coming out of their own paychecks, yet they can’t manage to get an order out the door on schedule. If you’re going to skimp on the portions, the very least you could do is be fast about it.
Instead, you get the worst of both worlds—you wait forever for a half-empty bowl. Save your money and go somewhere that actually understands what a “serving size” is and respects your time.
