already resolved my issues with the food through the CFA app (half-filled large fries and a multigrain bun that ended up being two “ends” of a bun instead of a full one, along with items I specifically asked not to include). I understand the fries—sometimes the “fluffing” disappears quickly—but the quality control of the sandwich alone was extremely disappointing.

The real issue came from the friend who accompanied me. He had lost his keys in the CFA the prior day. That night, he returned after his shift, and the female worker at the front refused to even check the lost and found, simply stating, “We don’t have it.” This caused a lot of stress for him, as he needed his car for work, and he spent the early part of the next day searching frantically. He eventually called a locksmith who was about to charge him over $300 for the task due to driving from over an hour away.

That’s where I stepped in and encouraged him to come with me to the CFA to ask again. This time, a woman who looked like a manager or team lead went to the back to “check” and said the keys weren’t there, insisting that “if we did have the keys, they would be here.” Knowing the layout of the store, I also know she wasn’t gone nearly long enough to have actually checked.

Thankfully, a young Chick-fil-A employee who gave us our food must have overheard or had been present when the keys were previously mentioned, because he stopped us in the parking lot and said, “We found them.” He and my friend went back inside, and they returned with the keys.

The reason I’m writing this review is that as a former employee and a fan of CFA, I understand the company’s unique values and its emphasis on integrity and serving the customer. Due to the actions of the female employee at 20:22 the night prior and the actions of the leader at 14:02 today, my friend experienced massive stress and almost had to pay $300—all because a simple, good-willed attempt to help was refused. The fact that this happened again while I was present to witness only reinforces the issue. It’s clear the store would rather avoid an inconvenience to their workflow than take a moment to genuinely help someone.

My friend and I thank God for that last employee who took the time to follow us to my car and make sure the keys were returned. I hope to find his name and thank him personally, but all other members involved should be aware of the emotional strife their negligence caused.

CFA is so good at what they do that I am having trouble expressing that in new ways. No other fastfood chain even comes close in any metric you want to use.

This is a poorly ran Chick-Fil-A compared to the rest of the Chick-Fil-A’s out there. They never fill up large french fry containers when ordering to go. It’s probably happened 7-8 times. I’ve messaged this Chick-Fil-A on Facebook Messenger, and went to corporate. No action taken. Just order medium fries because that’s all you’re going to get regardless. Given the consistentcy, this is 100% the owner/operator instructing this to happen, and not a lazy worker. Happens 95% of the time. Probably an effort to cut costs. Dissappointing.

Update: added another photo from a recent visit. Still the same issue. Worse this time.

3rd Update: added another photo. They spent all that money to re-do the drive thru, gotta make it up by skimping people on fries. Sad.

4th Update: added 2 photos. Getting comical at this point. Can’t wait for the new Chickfila to open near Main St (Kroger). I’ll never visit this Chickfila again.

Almost every time I come through the drive through, my food is messed up. Today, I was missing an 8 count nugget in my bag and just had enough with this location.
After every one of these instances, I call their number and they never pick up the phone.
Just go to the Gallatin location.

Didn’t include all the sauce we asked for. We had two sauces total four our meals instead of four. Four was on the receipt so why did we get only two? I’m sorry it is a big deal when you have driven away and now only realized you don’t have enough sauce for your meal. Can y’all not double check? At my job I make sure everyone gets the sauce they asked for, not that hard.

FIX IT > Simply Orange Juice, but NO Simply Apple Juice. I paid for a medium sized drink and received a toddler size juice box. The young lady said that was all they had. I’m not a kid! Very busy location in the morning, but efficient service. The chicken biscuit was flavored nicely just not hot enough. The apples in the fruit bowl were not very crisp and it was a bit of juice in the bottom of the cup. Strawberries taste out of season ‍♀️

I have stomach issues and cannot eat lettuce or cabbage but I love your grilled chicken wraps.. operator “Rich Luisi” told me I cannot order it without those things only cheese even tho I have recently ordered it like that at other chickfilas…so I know this is bs.. I CANNOT EAT LETTUCE OR CABBAGE WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE THAN SOMEONE WHO CANT EAT CHEESE? Because according to him cheese is the only thing you can order it without… if I am paying for it I should be able to order it how I need it for my health… yall just gonna lose money by being so petty. Even mcds you can order things how you need them

Give this store some time to get their game together. The other night, I went through the drive thru line and was less than impressed. From start to finish, the entire guest experience was lacking leadership direction. By the time I got my food, I was pretty sure the proprietor and all his upper leadership and administrative staff must have gone home for the day. I have worked at CFA and I worked at one that not only did double the amount of business this one does (we had three full non-merge drive through lanes that wrapped around a parking lot and the building too). Our location also held second in the district for production and revenue. Whoever was on the line that night, doing nuggets got this all wrong. (Check your kitchen cameras). I don’t even want to know what happened to this box before it got to me but it definitely looked like it could have been dug out of the trash, sat under the warmer too long (box was wilting and the nuggets were soggy), gloves were too greasy… As you can tell, my drink also came out overflowing so much that I had to put napkins on it first so it didn’t get my car all sticky from the tea. I don’t know but it’s clear your team doesn’t care after you go home. Better yet, it makes me wonder if the leadership team cares either. Is this just a passive income for you? It shouldn’t be. It is very clearly stated in the interview process to become a proprietor that you put in the intentional work to make sure the brand is always being upheld with the highest quality service, and that includes the kitchen. Though they are not guest facing, they are still a huge part of helping to ensure those touchpoints to the guest experience are all positive. I don’t know if this is the same proprietorship that will be putting a new location in Springfield soon, but wow… I sure hope not.
