Its had been a very long t8me since my visit but they did not let me down. The service was great from the bartender, who also took our order to the food! Hot great tasting and more than enough to dine and take leftovers home. I really enjoy it.

Our first time visiting in years and I must say we had a great experience. I had a minor issue with the pasta, it was a little bland to me and the restaurant manager Ms.Julie remade the pasta for me and OMG.. Not sure what she did to it but it came back delicious! She is truly a gem and she went beyond her duties to assist us and assure we were satisfied/returning customers!! 10 stars for her!! Awesome menu as well!

The food was amazing! Everything was well priced. The atmosphere was perfect. The sailor’s boil was great as always. Our waitress Taelyn was always there and kept out drinks full and biscuits on the table. Julie, the manager, checked on us and the tables around us multiple times. All in all it was an amazing night out!

On 12/18/2025 I joined a graduation dinner part of about 11 at the local Red Lobster in Baton Rouge, LA. at around 7:30pm. The waiter’s name is Damien P. on the receipt and he Mentioned that That day was his first day. Well, the atmosphere was great amongst us, service was super slow considering we were some of their only guests. I ordered the Surf & Turf; the waiter either forgot my order or failed to out it or, so but the time food arrived, my part was done eating, so I asked for it ‘to-go’. It took an additional 20-30 minutes for the tickets to be properly separated so that we could make payment. I literally only ate 2 biscuits and drank lemon water. My ticket was correct when I received it, the amount of $43.63 was paid on my cash app card. No tip (my choice). The next day, 12/19/2025, i received a notice from CashApp stating my total of $52.63 had been updated and completed! I contacted the store around 11:15am and spoke to the manager John McClure who assured me that he would take care of it. An hour later, i called back, John was gone for the day and no transactions had been reversed on my behalf. I then proceeded to go to the restaurant for assistance. I spoke to a female manager- Julie H- i have her card and cell number- I asked her for a full refund. She told me she would complete the transaction, but it would take days to see it. As of today 12/29/2025 i have not heard back from them. Your server stole a tip from me, i reached out the other party guests and while their tickets were messed up, no one was charged extra the next day.

On 12/30/2025 I was refunded my full amount via CashApp.

This restaurant has been added to my list of places never to go back again. We were seated immediately in a very empty restaurant. The waitress showed up 5 minutes after we were seated so we placed our entire order with her. 10 minutes later we got our drinks. After another 50 minutes, we still didn’t get our biscuits or appetizer. Our waitress never returned to our table. My children and I drove from Lafayette to eat there so we were starving at that point. Being a former employee of Red Lobster at a different location, I personally know it does not take an hour to make biscuits or drop mozzarella sticks in the fryer. Even during a busy dinner rush back then I was able to serve my tables with at least 2 rounds of biscuits until kitchen caught up on cooking the food. We wasted over an hour in there with just drinks so we left to get dinner somewhere else. Had we been served anything to eat, we wouldn’t have walked out. Waitress told us kitchen was busy that night, but there were so many empty tables.

We had such an amazing experience dining at Red Lobster in Baton Rouge, LA. Our server Traci did an excellent job of making sure that we had everything that we needed and that the food was hot, fresh and delicious. Traci was super attentive and very friendly. The food was great and to top it off the manager Julie paid our table a visit to make sure that the service was great and that we were satisfied. The team there really made us feel at home.

Took too long- got bread, ate it, got some salad- ate it, then I got my drink! Lobster pasta took a while- making the sauce is why

Our server, Taelyn, was wonderful. She was polite, courteous , very helpful, and attentive. There was a small error in my order, but the manager , Julie, was excellent and took care of it quickly, and to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this Red Lobster and all the polite workers we encountered.
