The Blue Room is an upscale restaurant serving French style food. They have a nice outside dining area that we chose to sit in. The service was quick and the Waiter was very attentive. A small loaf of bread was delivered with the drinks and we ordered the Calamari. The Calamari was tender with a nice crispy coating. My wife ordered the Croque Monsieur which is a grilled Ham and Cheese sandwich. It was served on a crusty Baggett that she felt overpowered the other ingredients. I got the Steak Au Poivre which was a 6 oz steak and it was one of the best steaks I have ever had! I will go back for that steak.

Food was fit for foodies! Worth the stop into this outdoor shopping plaza near Mauna Lani resort.
Oysters were fresh and plump. Steamed mussels came in a curry broth and full of flavor (so good that they were gone before I could get a pic)! Calamari was fresh and in a lemon butter caper sauce that was to die for…said my son.
Also ordered curry rice topped with pork katsu…good
The Croque Monsieur was best sandwich…slices of ham, gruyere cheese melted perfectly.
The Blue Room burger also highly recommend…tasty and very filling!

Located in The Mauna Lani Shops in Waikoloa, Hawaii. Didn’t get a pic of the Chilled Oysters as I devoured it before it dawned on me to take a pic. Super fresh and ono (Delicious)! If you are a light eater I had the Sesame Crusted Seared Ahi as my entree and it was perfectly made. The miso sesame dressing on the romaine and cucumber salad was delicious and went well with the fish.
We also had Pommes Frites (no picture sorry) and it was HUGE. Seasoned with Truffle Parmigiano-Reggiano it was a winner! The four of us shared it and couldn’t put a dent in it.
We all really enjoyed our meal and the atmosphere. Can’t wait to go back for cocktails!

Second visit this week. The first time, I had the truffle linguini, which was amazing. My husband tasted it and liked it so much, we had to go back! Both times, we had excellent service – the hostesses and waiters were friendly, efficient, and professional. Best dining experience of our vacation (and we’ve had some very high end meals). Top notch all the way – thank you!

Good curry and decent Loco Moco (they add some truffles for a little extra and tasty flair). So, 4 stars for the food. However, the service is reeeeally slow. So, taking off one star for that.

The best Calamari we’ve ever had. Order the “Bartenders Choice” all night long! They threw out the blender and make them on the rocks.

Really good food. The calimari appetizer was the best I have ever had. We also tried the shrimp sorting rolls and split a main course of the shrimp and scallops liguini. All of it was excellent.
Then you can catch a magic show just a few doors down at Kozy’s. His show starts at 8pm and is BYOB so if you time it right you can grab dinner, then grab a bottle of wine or a 6 pack at the grocery store, and make it to the show. It was entertaining.

We took a small group of friends to this restaurant and had a very enjoyable and lovely meal. Service was superb, the food was delightful. Prices are very good for this Hawaiian resort location. I had the special – Sword Fish that was perfectly cooked – just slightly pink in the center. Others had Steak, Beef Stew and Seafood Dishes – all plates were sent back empty.

This restaurant offers a relaxing atmosphere with a upscale island accents. The restaurant is nestled into the midst of a small shopping center that affords an amazing breeze to keep you comfortable. The patio sets a very relaxing mood. The staff flows well, taking subtle cues from one another. The food offered pleasant surprises with every course. The beef stew was definitely a winner and a great choice. The broth made the dish! With all of this atmosphere and taste comes $$$. Well worth it if you’re looking for a great meal with a good atmosphere.

We went there with no idea of the place. By the end of dinner I went back to the chef to tell him thank you. His food was EXCELLENT!!!! The calimari appetizer was great. My girlfriend had linguine with scallops and shrimp, recommended by a great waiter named Christopher. It was amazing. I had coconut chicken and that was amazing. Just an overall EXCELLENT experience and I will say the best food I have ever had.
