This place is either good or it’s bad. Today I was in the drive thru and they told me to come inside, for what reason I don’t know. Ordered the Mexican pizza and some tacos and my pizza came out looking sad. Sometimes I have a good experience here and sometimes I don’t, it’s very inconsistent and half the time my tacos shells are broken.

Currently 9:48pm. Just taking a simple door dash order and noone wants to even acknowledge me. One guy walks right past me twice and doesn’t ask if I need help. That same guy proceeds to take someone’s order who walked in minutes after me. I understand you are busy but at least acknowledge people. I trying to take care of customers too. Tighten up folks. smh

Came through the drive thru earlier. I ordered a $7 box and ended up costing $10.20. And then I asked to make my soda large with no ice. They gave me a medium with ice. Then, they perceived to put the taco filling on a broken shell, WAY over-salted the chips, but that’s not all. They literally served me ROTTEN TOMATOES! I almost never leave 1 star reviews, but this was an exception! Will not return, the Wendy’s across the street is MUCH better!

I just left 12:34am 10-4-25 and the girl in the drive thru really gave me a hard time sometime greeted me on the speaker & told me wait I waited for 5 mins no one ever came back. The car before pulled off and still no one. I pulled to the window the girl said pull around no one told you pull up we were listening but you didn’t give your order so we not ready. But no one asked, just to go thru the drive thru again and she hand me the order with no wait because the food was ready before I drove back thru. Bad customer service I won’t be back!

Just went through the drive through, strangely asked me to pull in reverse so i couldn’t see into the drive through window as they prepared my meal. Even though i thought this was strange i obliged. Went got home with the food both quesadillas and all 3 cheesy Gordita crushes were stall like they had been sitting in the window for hours. I usually have a good experience at the Taco Bell and this is extremely disappointing

1pm Friday 24 Sept…the young lady that took our order had a really bad attitude! All we ask for was sauce which was missing from our order and she rolled her eyes and forcefully handed us the sauce! Horrible customer service!

Awful employees and customer service. They force you to use the tablets to order which are clunky, unintuitive and don’t contain the whole menu. Staff were rude to me when I was standing to have a human to take my order and dismissive to my request. Will never come here again.

Have been going here for about 2 years and have no complaints. It is a fast food joint after all but even through the rush hour food has been produced quickly and as advertised. The customer service is great and never once had an issue with them. I am not saying they are not perfect especially through the drive thru and sometimes can become backed up but again it is a fast food joint. The new renovations are awesome and allow for comfortable seating on the inside.
