Don’t order from here, they undercook the food. The speaker to make the order in drive through sucks and they can never hear you! The manager doesn’t care to cook the food correctly and when you try to call their corporate office is a run around, good luck getting your money back for under cook food. The brown rice is always hard, the chicken taste like rubber. Bad experience every time!

I went here for a change and ordered a newer item on the menu called a tropical chop which contains pork, steak and 1/4 chicken. The sides were sweet plantains, rice, and black beans. The beans are cook to a soupy state. Not sure if they’re soaked first. Overall the meal is good and the price is competitive to other fast food joints

Went through the drive through and I was able to get all my food rather quickly. I had ordered quite a bit since it was for the whole family and it was amazing. Great service and the food was so good!!

I enjoy eating here, especially when I am in the neighborhood. This is my go-to spot for a quick bite at a reasonable price. The food is always delicious, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Customer service is also nice, but it could be a little better. The restaurant’s cleanliness and portion size always impress me.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I wanted that pork sandwich on a sub bread for $8.99. But what I got was a table spoon of pork on a hamburger bun for $7.99 and when I open the wrapper up I was horrified. There was more bread then meat and a drop of ketchup. I have never ordered a sandwich from anywhere where there was more bread than meat. I tried to asked the manager about that sandwich promotion, and her responded to me was. “This is all we have.” So I asked for a refund and she gave it to me with out a problem. I don’t like their dinner because the last time I ordered a platter, It wasn’t enough food for the price that I paid.

The absolute worst fast food restaurant experience I was served really under cooked chicken my tropichop came with fried instead of grilled chicken my black beans was just the liquid from the beans and no beans. The worse part of this bad experience was the lack of empathy from the manager I drove 15 minutes back to the store and her solution was to take my receipt and the food into the store
then she walked back out several minutes later with my cash explaining she had to keep the receipt because she was giving me my money back.

Maruchan, Nissin, Ramen are way and a lot better than the burned dried chicken and soup with yuca sticks in it. Don’t waste your money go to KFC, Churches, or Wendy’s and Taco Bell down the street. Keep driving.

They messed up my order , I asked to remove what I asked them no to put and they redid it with 1/4 of the portions. Won’t be eating pollo tropical for them to mess up and then punish me for it. I asked kindly not to be to much of a bother but wow.
