I ordered online with a scheduled time to pick up. I arrived 10 minutes later than time scheduled (rush hour traffic)and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes. There were 4 counter/window workers and only one person frying chicken/fries. Not once was I apologized to for the inconvenience or wait. Workers didn’t seem approachable or customer friendly. The only good thing they did was give me fresh fries because they were giving me a bag of fries that had been sitting on the counter since I arrived and I asked for a fresh batch. There is plenty of room for improvement.

Food has always been good here and service is great. But this day she was salty attitude. Didn’t give me the food I had ordered, telling me I can’t get this if I get this but it was free in my app. But she added it so I left without my free food . This why I go to Kirkwood no problem.

My wife had hair in her food, instead of cashier apologizing, She told my wife that was her hair. Very Rude didn’t none of the workers have on hair nets!

The chicken was over cooked/fried too hard very dry. Usually it’s good chicken but the last two times chicken was dry. I always order original.

I ordered the New Smoke 1/2 chicken but it was a hen instead. The pictures speak for themselves. I’ve had buffalo wings bigger than the drumsticks. Their jalapeño was actually bigger than the drumstick. The only good thing that came out was the laughter from the crowd around me. What a shame. They should be embarrassed.

The Manager is blatantly rude. She does not consider consumers happiness as a priority and has Very poor customer service. She yells and is not welcoming. The undermines her employees and they never look happy. The lobby needs to be cleaned its very disgusting. FIX THE POT HOLES IN THE PARKING LOT AND DRIVE THRU!!! AND GET RID OF THE STRAY CATS!!!!!

Horrible experience and I’ve been going to this churches since I was young. My Chicken strips were cold, my macaroni was disgusting and the guy at the register was so rude. I’m not one to write reviews but I felt like this one was needed they dropped the tongs on the floor for the chicken and I believe if I wasn’t looking right at him he would have picked them up and used them. They also fry the pies in the same oil as the chicken.

Beyond pissed. Ate a spoon of my food before I noticed there was a long Redish Brown hair in my mashed potatoes, it was bad enough they gave me old chicken and jalapeños bombers that must have been sitting out for hours. Asked my husband to check his mashed potatoes and he had hair in his food as well. To top it off they don’t answer the damn phone when you call
