I’m from the Chicagoland area and had many barbecue places this one Tops the chart I can’t even begin so yeah that was it. That was very impressive.
BEST Brisket I have ever tasted no sauce needed!

My server, Morgan was absolutely amazing. She was able to help me pick out everything as I was not in the mood to pick anything out and it was off the charts.

The bread muffin thing was amazing very similar to a Brazilian steakhouse cheese bread.

Mac & cheese was incredible and so was the cream of corn .

The crispiness of every single french fry, even with the cheese sauce and everything on it they were still crispy, and that was something to be reckoned with.

Excellent service. Deviled egg appetizer was really good. Ribs were excellent. Tender, meaty and so flavorful that I didn’t bother with sauce for most of it, although their sauce was good. I also had their creamed corn and pit beans, neither of which were typical and both were happy surprises.
Prices are reasonable and I’d definitely recommend this place!

Ordered a Bestie combo to go directly through the restaurant website. Got home and opened it up to see one mangled slice of brisket and two very thin slices of bologna. I weighed them on my kitchen scale: 3.2oz brisket and 2oz bologna. $22. Never again.

The brisket was on point, love the juicy tenderness and that nice crisp outer layer. Fries were awesome, crispy and thick and that sauce and bacon thats on it ughh came in my mouth. The hushpuppies and butter and definetly worth it. Lemonade was great, smooth and not acidic like other places. The brownie and Ice cream was happiness right there. Customer service was excellent, thank you Morgan for your recommendations! It was amazing and so worth it! Definetly recommend to eat here!

I sincerely hope this pitiful wrap was due to an employee being stingy and not a chain-wide cheap out. This is the only thing I get here and it’s usually plenty to fill you up. The one I got today is an inch thick and tiny.

I particularly loved the brisket and pulled pork for their tenderness and smoky flavor—definitely the highlights of the meal. However, I wasn’t as impressed with the ribs; they didn’t quite live up to the same standard. The sides were hearty and paired well with the barbecue, with my personal favorite being the burnt end beans. As for the sauces, they offer a nice variety ranging from tangy and sweet to spicy, giving you plenty of options to customize your barbecue experience. That said, I found that all the sauces had a sweet flavor profile, which didn’t quite match my personal preference for more balanced or savory sauces.

The place itself has a cool, laid-back vibe with a great atmosphere. The staff was professional and efficient, making sure we were taken care of quickly without feeling rushed. Overall, it’s a solid spot for a tasty and enjoyable barbecue experience.

We came for my daughter’s birthday. It was just a horrible experience. Our food came out cold and old. The manager did not offer anything to compensate us and did not seem to care at all. The service was just ok, not the worst, but not great. I am never going to the Hampton location ever again. They just didn’t seem to csre that what they served us was cold and tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for days. I expect more when the Ucity location is just so much better. I was beyond disappointed and it did not help my daughter enjoy her birthday. It ruined was what a great evening.

My family booked the bigger upstairs room for my late husband’s celebration of life. The coordinators were so receptive to any questions we had or additions to the menu, and the onsite staff were so so helpful, kind, and flexible in every aspect. Everyone loved the food. Thank you so much for everything.

The smoked brisket and pulled pork were delicious, tender and moist. I would say perfect. Love the mac ‘n cheese. The baked beans were good but honestly had too much pulled pork in it. Maybe it was just my serving. I like those beans. The table sauces were amazing. It is a small space and we felt cramped. Next time, I’d sit outside or go to their south county location.
