Literally every time I get a Sunday they are almost 3$ and half full with hardly any topping!! I could buy a whole damn tub of blue bunny for 5 or ben and Jerry’s qt. Im calling to ask for a refund this time. They arnt even consistent with how much they put in each cup..this is from the same order. I have been there when the manager has told them to fill the cup. Obviously none listened. Im officially a Karen lol also cant return it because I didn’t look till I got home down the road and my 3 year old would of flipped

I think when reviewing McDonald’s it is only fair to compare it to other McDonald’s…. Therefore my rating is based on the service I have received here over the past couple years. This is one of the best McDonald’s I have been to. I often go during the busy morning hour on my way to work. I’m usually impressed by the speed at which they are able to move customers through and that the person giving me my food usually seems happy and wishes me a good day. What prompted this review though, was yesterday I had a negative experience, and I didn’t have time to wait for a fix. I called and Diana, who took my call was very helpful and kind and took the time to resolve my problem, even though the background sounded very busy and I knew it was I had just left. Diana followed through on resolving my issue today and even remembered my name. I appreciate those working at this McDonald’s and have no reservations going here.

I odered online, food not ready when I went to pick it up, had to wait 15 minutes. Didn’t have the mcflurry i ordered because, “the machine is broken, do you want to wait for a hot chocolate”. No i don’t want to wait longer for fast food that isn’t even fast. I should have spent that 16$ at kings row or burger ranch instead

This is by far and I mean by farrr!!!! The worst establishment I’ve ever been inside and had to deal with. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees and the kids area is absolutely trashed 24/7. I used the app to order a frappe for pickup at the counter and when I arrived I waited for over 15mind this morning. Standing at the counter for over 10mins not one employee greeted me not 1 employee asked me if I needed help. I was completely ignored then when I finally said I need help canceling my order since it was still not ready on the app. They said “oh you cant because it’s been sitting over here” showed me a hidden spot next to counter. I demanded a refund due to the completely inappropriate behavior from the manager! And all SHE had was pathetic excuses why they didn’t greet me or say anything to me. It’s only 2 of us working she said and I was literally the only customer and watched them make food for other employees while I stood at counter. I’m still in shock at how disgustingly rude I was treated here. A place where I grew up eating locally owned has now bombed and ran into the dirt.

I really enjoy the app and free offers. The ability to order on the app and just have it delivered to your side table is nice. I see the staff veining all the time – especially in the kids area.

One thing for sure, McDonald’s serves a consistent product at a good price. I like the kiosk and app for ordering because it allows me to customize my food. (Extra this – less that – add something that normally is not even on an item – etc.)
The facility (inside & out) is always clean and well cared for. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful.
The rewards and specials, only available to app users, offers many of my favorites at excellent discounts.

WHY IS THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ALWAYS DOWN? I honestly feel it’s pure laziness and the wait time is horrible here. If you are told to “pull forward” just know you will be forgotten and left to wait for half an hour.

I got an egg and sausage McMufin with hash brown which tasted horrible. I took a picture of my grease socked McDonalds bag and asked for a refund and they gave me back half of the money. Feeling sick now.
